1BR Beachfront Beauty!!

The condo was absolutely wonderful! It was very clean, had fabulous beach views, and the check-in process was incredibly easy. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Condo was only “surface cleaned”. The baseboards were dirty, bedspread was stained and dirty, the couch was dirty, the laundry room door wouldn’t stay closed and broken off of the hinge, bedroom TV was zip tied to a shelf and hanging from the shelf, ceiling fan couldn’t be used due to when turned on the base from the ceiling was rocking back and forth, lawn chairs by the pool were hard as a rock to sit in, there was not ANY privacy when out on the balcony, and when booking the room there was not any mention of having to pay for parking.

We experienced a great view of the beach, a very clean residence, and nicely equipped kitchen. Everything was tidy and plenty towels, etc.Hot water to the kitchen sink was very a slow to heat up, but was adequate for the bathroom and shower. Overall, we would stay here again.

Nice apartment- but the building is really old and in disrepair- needs some major renovation-

Host was informative about checking in and out.

View was the best. Lack of understanding what “starter kit” meant was not good. This should be explained in easy to see type

The balcony was very spacious and had real nice patio furniture. I do need to share that the building is starting to show its age. The condo was clean and everything seemed to work. There is an eyesore in the bedroom with the TV and all the wires hanging from the wall. We did have a very nice relaxing trip.

Beautiful balcony with lots of sitting options. Loved seeing the dolphins every morning while having coffee.

The property was well maintained. The condo was tastefully decorated and extremely clean and well stocked with towels, dishes, etc. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony and the view were the best parts of the condo, The beach was beautiful and clean.

Balcony is the best spot in the condo! There were a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed but overall it’s a good condo and location.

We loved the property and where it was located in town! Easy drive or walk to food! Love the chair rentals and beach the best!!!Loved out stay. Will stay again!

We enjoyed the location and amenities, had a few issues with parking but the condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. Did realize one of the patio doors was unable to open- latch was broken.

Condo was very clean and well equipped, however the air conditioner was noisy especially in the bedroom and rattled most of the night. The balcony was super nice with sun and shade.

We booked here for a weekend getaway! Very nice unit. Convenient location! Saw a review that said they don’t have an ice maker. Unit does have an ice maker and ice machine on

Beautiful and quiet place to stay. The large balcony overlooking the ocean was amazing!! Exactly as described, cozy and well kept! Check-in was a breeze, no problems at all.

View marvelous, balcony windows clean, mattress comfortable, nice paint colors. Sofa and love seat dirty and uncomfortable, dirty towels left in washer, dirty throw pillows, baseboards and fans need to be cleaned, food left on plates and on utensils in cabinets, food on backsplash need sink, tub grout has mildew, pubic hair left on toilet seat even with little paper seal on toilet seat.

Great stay for a long weekend! The condo was very clean and easy to access from the elevator. The walk to the beach is very short with a walkway right to the beach. The cabinets were stocked with glasses, mugs, plates, and other cookware. They make sure to clean out all food products to keep the condo clean, so bring your own sugar, salt, pepper, etc. The host was very fast to respond and very helpful. I would like to stay here again in the future!
