Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit 2 times before this one. This has been the worst stay. The unit wasn’t properly cleaned. The coffee pot was dirty the floor had sand all over and rugs weren’t vacuumed as you could see evidence from previous stay. The couch had crumbs all over it. I will stay again because it is our favorite but there needs more attention. There was no note card with WiFi passwords or checkout list.

Reviewer Comments: Awesome vacation time as usual, been staying with Sunhost SurfSong going on 20 yrs...Love the atmosphere, convenience of everything either walking distance or close by availability's! Management always friendly, responsive with very clean and well maintained facilities...already booked for next year Fun and Sun with keepsake Memories!!

Reviewer Comments: Size of rental was nice, not thrilled with entering unit through a bedroom (it was hard to tell from pictures). TV is mounted crooked, and the remote was hidden. Directions for tv did not match unit directions. Pool is nice. We would stay at this property again but in a different unit.

Location tonjohns pass is perfect. No need to drive for food, drinks, and entertainment. Elevator was broken down for most part of 1 day.
