Stayed Mar 1, 2024The area had us very close to everything that we wanted to see and do. The condo was just the right size for the two of us. And we overlooked the pool from our small balcony. Pool was maintained very well and water temperature just right. We did not have Access to the little club house and weight room that was right on the same grounds. But, did not have an opprtunity to ask why. The elevator was not working when we arrived so it was a bit difficult for us to haul a months worth of clothing and food up to the second floor. Luckily, it was soon fixed . So our check out was much easier. The outside is a work in progress. Deck flooring needs repaired and replaced in some places. Same goes for some of the awnings. We had two small dogs with us and there's plenty of places to walk them. I especially enjoyed all of the grassy areas.

Stayed Dec 22, 2021Very nice. The overall property needs some repairs on the second floor walkways. I told my brother that I feel it may collapse one day. And folks throw trash and soda bottles just anywhere. But his condo was extremely clean. Thank you Petri!

Stayed Sep 13, 2019As always, I enjoyed staying at one of Petri's several condo units. I have known Petri since 2016 when I first stayed at one of his condo units. Petri is very easy to deal with. A very nice man. He responds quickly to every phone or text messages. His units are very nice and clean. I will definitely stay again next time.
