The location is great; easy access to the beach. The grounds are kept well manicured. The condo needs some TLC on the inside but a comfortable place.

Great condo at an unbeatable location! This condo is perfect if your priority is easy beach access. The public access point is just steps away, and we did not encounter the overcrowding beach issues seen in other parts of 30A (our stay was in early August). We would happily return to this property.

Pros- Condo was very convenient and close to restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. It was very convenient for leaving our beach chairs and beach equipment in the truck each day. A little gas station was just a few steps out of the condo and was nice for grabbing ice and drinks. Again you just cannot beat the location and convenience of this condo for the price.Cons- The condo had a moldy/mildew smell as soon as you walked in. Please invest in air fresheners for future guests. We had to get some at the store due to the smell. Pack extra bath towels. The furnished ones were thin and barely wrapped around our body. Beach chairs and boogie boards were available on the porch but everything was broken or damaged and couldn't be used. Kitchen needs some updating. Overall if you are looking for a place on 30a close to the beach and restaurants at an incredible price this is your place. Just know there is some wear and tear within the condo.

The location was right by the beach. The place was clean and well taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay.

I have been staying in Beechwood Villas since 2012. I really loved the location of building 5, which is one of the closest to the beach access. I was a little surprised that this unit had no washer and dryer, as most of the units do have them. Also I was surprised that there were only 4 towels to use for a 3 night stay. I would recommend bringing your own towels if you stay here.

We had the best time staying at this condo! We were so impressed with the cleanliness and how adorable the place itself was. Outside of that, the walk to beach access was about two minutes which was absolutely AMAZING! We had such an amazing time and will definitely be back. Host was communicative and kind and gave us just an overall great experience.

Location and communication with owner was perfect. Owner answered my calls right away and answered any questions in a timely manner. The only downside would be the cleanliness of the property but not sure if it was due to quick turnaround time. Overall we had a great time. Honestly the location and price point cannot be beat

We stayed 4 nights and loved it here. The condo is the closest one to the beach access so it was quick and easy to get to the beach. It’s a short walk to the public beach area. The beach was amazing! The unit itself was good and we spent most of our time at the beach and pool and then came in to relax and eat. The kitchen was supplied well enough for us to cook easy meals and the balcony view was nice too. Air conditioning worked great and was nice after being out in 90+ degrees! Bring extra towels and toilet paper for sure. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect. The condo was very clean. Only issue was toilet kept running if you didn’t do handle correctly. Also, there were only 2 wash cloths provided for 3 people and 4 towels. No extras for a 4 day stay.

We really had a great time overall. Very cute, cozy spot and had no issues with wifi or amenities other than laundry. We usually stay where we have a washer/dryer in our room but thought we would be fine just having it on site. Unfortunately we were unable to get the correct code for the laundry room in time for it to be of benefit to us. We ended up purchasing more shower towels and clothes to wear home. So I highly recommend but be sure to pack enough to do without laundry service. I promise you will need more shower towels then what is provided.

We have stayed in the same room at Beachwood Villas 2 years in a row and it has been an incredible experience both times. Great communication with owner. The room is just steps away from the beach access and the condo is great. Both pools are accessible and a great. Plan. To stay again.

Located right across from the entrance to Seagrove beach access. Condo met all basic needs. Great amenities. Bring quarters and laundry soap if you plan to do laundry. Towels are limited so you might want to bring extra.

Very Comfortable/ Roomy and the extra Bunk came in handy . Also located in a great area .
