Great place to stay, everything was close to the condo

The hall bath was holding water just as I read in another feedback, but a maintenance fella was helpful in getting the hair unclogged from the drain and no further problem. Previous stay’s towel was left balled in hall bath as well. None of that would keep us from staying in the unit itself. THE reason we will never stay at Tidewater ever again is the elevator situation. It was the worst. You have to plan at least an extra 15 minutes minimum(up to 30 minutes at one point) to whatever you’re doing involving cart or wagon travel. We utilized the stairs when we could.

Reviewer Comments: We did not get chairs and had to sit as close to the ocean as possible or the beach police from tidewater would tell us we were to close to there chairs and interfering with there view. The mattress and pillows need’s replaced. Did not get a good night sleep on any night. The smell of pot was everywhere. Sometimes couldn’t sit on the deck without contact high. We left a day early with no refund for that night. Left expensive bottle of perfume and messaged both the tidewater, blue swell rentals no response!

The resort is located in a great location. Pool was very nice. They do have a lot of trouble with their elevators though. Our condo was nice except for the bathrooms. They are in need of upgrades!! The tub off of the bedroom did not drain well. By the time you would finish a shower, the water would be ankle deep.

Everything was as described and it is in a great location.

The unit is beautiful, views are great, the only thing that was a little annoying was the elevator situation in building and how busy they always were. Other than that, we had a great time.

When we walked into the room it smelled of fish. Really bad !! We then realized it was coming from the refrigerator. The refrigerator made a loud noise eventually that didn’t stop until we turned the breaker off and back on . This continued on and off for the rest of our stay . We were worried of our food going bad and that the noise would not stop . The bed clothes had not been washed . My pillowcase smelled of body odor . And there was clearly sand in our sheets . The condo was clean otherwise . The pull out couch would not pull out to make a bed . The sheets that were in the closet had sand in them as well.

We enjoyed the property and had a great trip.

We absolutely loved staying here. It was clean and meet all our needs. The only complaint would be the elevator but we planned to wait or use the stairs. Overall it was a really minor issue and everything else made up for it. We would stay here again.

The room was clean when we arrived, but the bathrooms need some maintenance. The hot and cold were backwards. Also the water nozzle in the master shower was falling off. The room didn’t feel as kept up as I expected. With that being said, we came for the beach. Not to sit in the room. Several reviews referenced elevators being slow. That’s an understatement. I understand buildings are older and elevators are slow. People packed elevators and rode them down to go up. We waited 30 minutes for an elevator because it was packed, more than it should have been, 3 times. People coming and going all week. It was literally insane and have no desire to deal with that again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo/resort! The only negative feedback we have is occasionally the elevator would take a while because the second elevator is under construction, but even when it did, it wasn’t too long. We would highly recommend this condo/resort to family and friends and have already talked about booking it again when we return!

Elevators were a bit busy, but overall it was an excellent property.

The property was super clean. It was decorated so nicely. Beautiful views. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for our stay. Plenty of linens and quick responses with any questions. However, the check in was a little confusing and lengthy. The resort smelled of marijuana. Overall a great stay.

It was a nice week. Location was perfect.

Check in was a nightmare I text the company two days prior asking if it was possible for an earlier check in! Their response made it seem like I could after 1pm they were rude and no help on day of arrival and told me 4pm while others were getting to check in early! The elevators are a NIGHTMARE the building itself is dirty!!! I just won’t be staying here again
