19th floor with beach view free beach service and 10% weekly discount

Property was exactly as described. It was beautiful and exceeded our expectations! Frank answered all questions we had promptly. The elevators were very quick, so it didn’t take but a minute to get to the 19th floor. Only downside was not being allowed 2 cars for our stay, and having to pay to park our other car about 5 miles away. We absolutely loved our stay at Seychelles and Panama City, we definitely would stay here again!

Very good location where not too crowded. Condo was very nice and clean, would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay at Panama City Beach.

We enjoyed our stay! The view is priceless, and the pictures don't even do it justice. The resort is in a great location and the included beach chairs were very convenient. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We were not sure about location but everything about our stay was perfect! Everything available that we needed. Loved covered parking. Elevators ran smooth and fast. Sunsets from 19th floor were indescribable! Wished we had more time to use all the amenities. Definitely hope to return soon!

This Condo was clean and very comfortable for our stay. I would definitely stay here again. The balcony is always my favorite spot to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and the seaside. !!

Everything was as advertised. The room was clean. It was big enough for my family of 4. We had everything we needed as far as cooking utensils, towels, linens, blankets, pillows, etc. The bunk beds were big enough for 2 teenage girls. The master bed was comfy. There's a pullout couch bed if needed. There are 2 bathrooms which was really nice. The oveanview was amazing from the balcony. Right on the beach. There were 2 nice size pools. One had a hottub. You can see the beach from the pool. Super easy beach access. There were 2 nice beach chairs with an umbrella that came with the room. Schooners was literally right next door. You can walk in from the beach and eat or get a drink to go. Food was great. There were multiple other restaurants very close. The Marlin was excellent place to eat fresh seafood. Walking the whole beach was nice. Sands and ocean are beautiful. Parking was easy. Right across the street. We had a parking pass. There were luggage carts available upon arrival. There's a food market close by and a walmart for groceries. I work out and there is a small fitness room i used every morning. There was enough nice equipment, machines, and weights. The staff is super nice and helpful. We had a rainy day when we went to Ripleys a Believe It Or Not museum, which was fun. And we went to an indoor black light putt putt place. If you have smaller kids, there are other things to do close by as well. Overall our stay was great. I would love to go back again.

Seychelles **** exceeded our expectations. The price was right, location on the less crowded east end of PCB, and Schooners Restaurant literally next door. This condo has 2 bathrooms which was very helpful to our family of 4. 2 bunk beds in the hallway providing ample sleeping space. Beach service (2 lounge chairs, cushions, and umbrella) included. This is a $210 weekly rental savings! We were initially concerned about being on the 19th floor and having to wait on elevators. No worries, Seychelles has 3 high speed elevators and it was never an issue with wait time. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the unit. We stayed the week before July 4th week and our stay was perfect! We would definitely stay in Seychelles **** again! Frank was very quick to respond to emails prior to our stay. We didn't have any issues or need to contact him during our stay.

We loved every minute of our stay! If you needed anything the property manager was on it with in minutes. We will definitely stay again!
