The living and kitchen area is open and airy with access to the balcony. There is a primary bedroom and bathroom and an additional bedroom and a full bathroom.
The complex has parking onsite for 2 cars with additionaloverflow parking if needed. The Grande at Canal Pointe features a coveted location east of Route 1, 2 pools, 2 fitness centers, tennis, basketball court, pickleball, playground, and a 5 minute walk to a great neighborhood brewpub. The community offers direct access to the Junction Breakwater Trail, a picturesque 17 mile loop from Rehoboth to Lewes, traveling through scenic Cape Henlopen State Park to Gordon's Pond. This property is non-smoking.

This home is pet-friendly, happily accepting your four-legged friends during your vacation for an additional $200 non-refundable pet fee (The landlord is allowing only dogs). 2 pet max, combined weight cannot be over 80lbs.

Booking Restrictions- 7 night rentals only, partial week rentals are not permitted by the HOA.

The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $158.50.
