This rental will sleep up to 4 people and has a 3/4 bath (with shower) and no tub. A short walk of 100 feet from the condo will place your feet in the sand for a relaxing day at the beach. This quiet part of Old Orchard Beach is only 1 mile north of the village, The Pier and amusements.

This studio rental comes with twin beds that may be placed together, a brand new queen futon, High-Definition flat screen TV with basic cable, I-pod dock station with a clock radio, Wi-Fi, blender, heated outdoor swimming pool, gas grills, bike racks, coin-operated washers and dryers in laundry room and parking for 2 vehicles. There is a strict no pet, no candle and no smoking policy in force at all times in this unit by The Condo Association. This summertime rental is for a minimum of 1 week with the rental period starting on Saturday afternoon at 3:00 pm and concluding the following Saturday morning by 10:00 am.
