This is a lovely apartment in Mexico Beach. It is quite large and has a beautiful 4th floor view of the Gulf of Mexico. The sandy beaches are just across the street. The master bath is huge. All of the furnishings are comfortable and attractive. The location is near a variety of restaurants and other eating places. It is only a short drive to Port St. Joe, which has.several nice eating places and upscale shops.

Gorgeous view from balcony. Nice ADA accessibility but one step into standing shower. Beach is steps from the community. Otherwise, perfect trip - we will be back!

Everything was great and convenient.

We had a great view of the Gulf. Beach access was very easy. The condo was very roomy and comfortable. Every person we talked to was very friendly. I would recommend the condo to my friends and extended family. The host (Alice) was very friendly and helpful!

The property had everything we needed for a great fourth of July with family.

Everything about our stay was positive. The condo was very nice, spacious, and clean. We would certainly stay there again.

Great place

The room was great with plenty of room for my family of 6. We had everything we needed, wagon, air pump, beach towels,games etc. LOVED the little extra of dry shampoo and leg chafing cream(which we needed!)?....we did have an issue with the kitchen sink but nothing google couldn't help us fix! It's a motion sensor faucet and we reset it and it fixed the problem....also the hot tub wasn't working for some reason, unable to fix that!?... overall a great stay and highly recommend!

This condo is gorgeous. It has everything you need down to beach towels and chairs. The location is excellent. We loved walking to Mango Marley’s for dinner and Caribbean Coffee for our morning cup of Joe. Mexico Beach has the prettiest beaches; white sand and the friendliest people. Can’t wait to visit again soon.

This was our second time staying at Best Day and it was as perfect as the first time. The owners have all necessities (and extras) covered. One of the first things my daughter commented was how nice the furnishings were. Owners are very quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. We hope to stay there again in the future! Love it!!!

The condo is very nice with spacious rooms and nice furniture. Lovely view of the Gulf of Mexico and the water's edge. Convenient to good restaurants for breakfast and dinner. I recommend the Shipwreck Raw Bar on the Beach and Provisions in Port Ste. Joe. The move-in carts provided were a great help in getting everything moved up to and down from the fourth floor in one trip.

Myself, husband & two 10yr olds stayed comfortably here. Love the vibe of the condo. The interstate does run right in front, so you hear that vs the ocean most of the time. Beach was great! - large & not flooded with people, however, pretty windy. We got SO many beautiful shells. Super easy & quick walk to beach. Owners were great & easy to communicate with.

It’s a beautiful condo with the perfect view being on the top floor and directly across from the beach access. Included are all the things to enjoy the beach and/or staying in. We wanted for nothing. Would love to stay there again.

It was a lovely condo with beautiful furnishings and decorations. Mexico Beach was a quiet and pleasant community.

We had a wonderful stay at Best Day at Summerhouse Condos. Condo was clean and comfortable. Well maintained property. Kitchen is very well stocked. We easily prepared and cooked meals, and made use of the grill downstairs (there are 2). Loved the ease of the elevator without having to climb stairs. Short walk across the road to beach. Huge balcony with great beach views. Felt great to cool down in the pool. Covered parking for one vehicle and an area in the garage to store your fishing/beach equipment. Short walk (5 minutes) to ice cream and coffee shops. April is a wonderful host and communication is great. You will have a Best Day here. Would love to return.

This condo is stocked! My bestie and I have rented many homes/condos and this was by far the best stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in! Sometimes you feel like you have to bring your entire house with you and a car full of beach gear…not here! Floats, beach towels, beach chairs, bicycles, fully equipped kitchen, extra blankets/pillows, trash bags, laundry pods, the list goes on and on. I felt like we were actually sharing a friend’s home! The owner’s were SO RESPONSIVE! You could tell they were genuinely happy to have you share their place! Decorated beautifully, cared for impeccably, such a wonderful time at the beach largely because of this condo! Thanks Best Day for giving us our best days at the beach!
