Stayed Mar 30, 2024This property was great inside and out. It was the right amount of space for 2 adults and 1 teenager. Having two full baths upstairs and a half downstairs was perfect. The views from the den were just stunning as the sunset each night. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to enjoy some dinners together on the back covered patio. We were able to fish from the yard when the tide was up. We walked to Salty Dog each day and took advantage of the tennis courts right by the property. Highly recommend renting bikes and riding over to Harbor town. The beach is just a short walk away and would recommend taking a walk on it when it's low tide. If you want a quiet neighborhood close to the action, this is the place to rent.

Stayed Jun 18, 2023The villa is right by the South Beach Marina with a water view as well. The villa was nicely updated, equipped with essentials, and cozy for a family of 4-6. We enjoyed every bit of our stay.

Stayed May 21, 2022We’ve stayed in this villa multiple times over the years and it is an always clean and in good condition. Easy rental, check in and checkout. Well equipped home. Best part is the covered back porch overlooking the water with comfortable furniture. Can’t go wrong with this unit especially if you enjoy fishing.
