Brand new Madeira Bay Resort I Unit #1605 is in the heart of Madeira Beach. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room can sleep up to seven guests. Beautiful waterway views upon entering this condo, from the master bedroom and the walk-out balcony. Some great items included with the rental are full amenities in the kitchen, washer/dryer, (beach chairs, beach towels), free Wi-Fi, shared heated pool, hot tub, and fitness room. John's Pass Village and Boardwalk are just a few blocks away. There are also plenty of places to visit in our local surrounding area. This property is in an ideal location as it sits right on the intercoastal waterway and beach access is directly across the street. John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is also a short walk away. There you will find an abundance of retail shops, sweet shops, experiences, restaurants, bars, and watersport rentals.

Kitchen: The kitchen has all the things to cook your meals, including pots, pans, serveware, blender, coffee pot, bakeware, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator/freezer. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, coffee filters, and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Area: There is a breakfast bar that seats two and a four-top dining set.

Living Room: The living room is in the middle of the condo with a Queen-sized sleeper sofa, a nice sitting area, a TV, a ceiling fan, and waterway views. There is also a sliding door in the living room that opens to a balcony with a sitting area.

Bedroom #1: The master bedroom features a King-size bed, TV, a dresser, waterway views from the double windows, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom #2: Features a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a dresser.

Bathroom #2: Single vanity sink and standing shower. No tub.

Outdoor Amenities: Communal heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center.

*Elevator on property! This unit is in building I on the 6th floor.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Pool Heating: Please note that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower, a pool heater cannot always heat the pool completely to temperature. By booking this property, you understand that pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed when outside temperatures are too cold.

Parking: This unit has 1 reserved parking space. There is no guest parking.

    Gate to get out of pool is awful and no instructions. Our unit 1605 had terrible water pressure.

    The condo was perfect. The pictures are spot on to how the condo looks inside. It was also perfect with being on the bay side, as we got to see many boats coming and going with also keeping the condo cool with not getting direct afternoon/evening sun. With a quick walk to John Pass, you find this the perfect location to stay.

    Description was accurate and the property was very nice. My only small complaint is that there were no cleaning products, and I didn't want to buy any since I couldn't take them on my return trip. I would definitely stay here again.

    MBR was an excellent location. We were in the building closer to John’s pass on the 6th floor. It was great when you arrived off the elevator the hall was updated air conditioned, there was a window right when you got off the elevator that you could see the ocean from when we got to our room it was nice and updated. We had 6 people with us and we fit, but I wouldn’t recommend it. I would say a better fit for 4 people 2 of our family members had to sleep on the pullout couch and there was no room for luggage in any of the rooms we had two issues and the manager reached out to ask if there was anything we needed, and I told her about the issues and she instantly had maintenance Bring us a new toaster, and the other issue was just with the closet door and it didn’t need to be fixed right away. I will say the beds were uncomfortable. The pillows were uncomfortable, there is no window in the second bedroom with the bunk bed, but all in all an excellent place. The view of the marina from the back patio was amazing. We saw dolphins the next morning when we woke up. Another thing is you only need to check in if you are parking a car there otherwise you can just go up to your room that was left unclear in our messaging and the buildings aren’t numbered very well. The pool is inbetween the two buildings and is small but was nice. And right across the street is public beach access. Free beach ride was a great option beside Uber/Lyft, They’ll take you all the way down to St. Pete’s beach

    We would not stay here again. The floors were so dirty. Sand was swept up but i can not imagine the last time they were actually cleaned with soap and water.Socks turned black as did out feet. Had to get management to fix standing water in the tub. The first three days with no working cable during March Madness. Had to call to fix that to.
