This 2025 square feet, two bedrooms, two baths, two balconies condominium at the gated Copperwynd Villas Condo complex in Fountain Hills, is for rent from April 2025 through Dec 2027 on a monthly basis. This condo on a mountain ridge provides full North and East views of Sun Ridge Golf Course, the Fountain at Fountain Lake, Four Peaks and Superstition Mountains and Red Rock and South and West views of the city lights of Mesa and Phoenix and the McDowell Mountains. A picture taken from the East balcony was published in Arizona Highways Magazine. The East balcony has a six seat dining room table and the dining room table in the living room can be expanded to seven seats. The condo is on the second floor, has a stair lift and has a direct connection to a two car garage. The guest bedroom has a secret connection to the guest bathroom for added privacy and its contemporary look is enhanced by state of the art electronics with wifi, six digital frames, automatic blinds and king size electronically adjustable beds . Since it is filled with priceless original art, it is not for children nor pets. The Villas at Copperwynd of which this condo is a part will have a brand-new heated swimming pool all year around by the end of October 2025.

The condo was once part of the Copperwynd Resort, now renamed the Adero Scottsdale Resort. The resort's restaurant can still be used. The condo is two miles from several grocery store chains and the Fountain Lake and Avenue of the Fountains with its shops and restaurants. The town has four golf courses, one of which is located directly in front of the condo. With a a thirty minute ride you are at the Phoenix airport, the Scottsdale hospital and the shops and entertainment of Scottsdale.
The condo is half an hour away from horseback riding and swimming and boating at Lake Saguaro and viewing the wild mustangs at Salt River. It is a hiker's paradise with countless trails, some originating from the condo.

The spacious main patio overlooks the East Valley to mountain sunrises. Off the guest bedroom, a second patio aligns with sunsets over nearby hills. The interior blends modern luxury with a broad range of art, many pieces created by the owner & his father — countless original paintings, portraits of loved ones, commercial illustrations, landscape & architecture photography, and eclectic sculptures.     We had the pleasure of spending 6 weeks at this gorgeous property! The condo was well appointed with everything we needed for an extended stay - very comfortable and spacious bedrooms, well-stocked kitchen and the BEST views in Fountain Hills! Breathtaking! So many times I felt like I was looking at a painting when I looked at the views. Rudolf was a pleasure to communicate with - always available for questions if necessary. We highly, highly recommend this property!!

    Rudolph is a fantastic host and was attentive when we had any issues. His condo is in a great location of Fountain Hills and the balcony has some of the best panaramic views of the mountains and valley area. We liked it so much that we tried to book it again for 2025 but it's already booked for the dates we wanted. Hope to be back again in 2026.

    The owner of this property met us at the condo at check-in to show us around. He was very kind and accommodating. The views from the two decks are absolutely beautiful. This condo is close to downtown Fountain Hills and easy access to Shea Road. We felt very safe with a security gate into the community. Easy access to trails and golfing!

    The views were spectacular!! Rudolf was very accommodating. We needed a new coffee maker and he had it there the next morning. Two issues: the kitchen was not cleaned out. I had to throw away old food. It looked like he was still living there. Second: the bed in the master is not a true king bed. It was two twin zero gravity beds. There was a “crevice “ between them and no headboard so the pillows kept falling off the back, as the bed wasn’t positioned against a wall as it should have been.

    We had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The beds were super comfortable. Very spacious. Kitchen well stocked. Guest room with private bath. You are close to lots of hiking and biking areas. Lots of restaurants close by. Sunrise and sunsets on separate balconies. Rudolph was a pleasure to work with. He gave us a good orientation when we first arrived. Everything in the listing was as good or betted than stated. We would definitely stay here again.
