• A queen size bed and kitchenette can be separated from living space by a sliding door. This room has a portable air conditioning unit.
• Living area features a sofa, coffee table, TV and DVD player and dining area that seats 4 people.
• The kitchen is stocked with a mini-refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, and cooking utensils. There is no oven.
• A private bathroom with bathtub.

This studio located in historic Olympic Valley Is the perfect getaway for a couple, friends or individual. With world-class skiing/snowboarding at your fingertips at this slope side property, you can also easily enjoy year-round adventures with hiking, biking, golfing, roller-skating, shopping, and dining nearby. The studio condominium accommodates up to 4 people.

Furnished with all the comforts of home, this ski-in/ski-out studio condo makes the perfect home base for any season with a kitchenette, full shower/bath combo, cozy living space, and partitioned sleeping space. The kitchenette and living space welcome you upon entry, where you can cook and entertain, or relax after a day on the slopes and watch TV. The bathroom features an oversized tub/shower combination and plenty of plush towels.

The sleeping space is located on the south end of the condo, with its queen size bed positioned with a beautiful alpine view of Cushing Pond and Mountain Run, the ideal spot to watch the snow fall, or aspens change colors in the fall. The room has a portable air conditioning unit to help take the edge off a hot Tahoe day.

Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.

Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.

    Location is perfect next to two lifts and right next to the Wildflower which was perfect for breakfast

    This property was laid out well, and we comfortably fit four people, which was surprising. The amenities are great- a well-maintained pool, sauna, steamroom and locker room were fantastic. As there were four people in our room, the availability of the locker room was a game-changer.

    Property location is excellent and very convenient. If not for all the various issues we encountered (mostly maintenance related), it would have been a 5-star stay. Property management was quick to respond which kind of make up for the hassle. First off, we checked in pretty late the first night and therefore was unable to notify property management that the heater was not operational when we arrived. Luckily it was not too cold that night. The next day, we reported it and some maintenance folks spent half an hour replacing a broken part in the heater which fixed the problem. The thermostat control is sticky and needed some patience and skill to dial up and down the temperature setting. Maintenance said they will have to replace it after we check out. The large TV in the bedroom was not working the first day. We reported it and it was fixed the second day. Housekeeping kind of dropped the ball because there was no paper towel in the kitchen and facial tissue box was low as well. The end table lamp next to the sofa bed is not operational and the heat lamp in the bathroom is also out. All in all, the room has the perfect location and my family enjoyed the convenience a lot. It would have been excellent if the property maintenance is a little bit better. Management was quick to respond to the issues which is well appreciated. That is why I only took out 1 star in the overall. :)
