To help us maintain a comfortable home for everyone:



** No smoking. No pets. No parties or events. A $300 penalty may apply for violations of these rules.



** The A/C temperature must remain between 72°F and 78°F. ***



This is a self-catering vacation rental. We provide the home and basic starter essentials, but guests are responsible for replenishing personal supplies during their stay, including toiletries, food, beverages, and other consumable items.



Other things to note



**Minimum Main Guest Age: 21. Max occupancy at all times is 10. No visitors allowed; all guests must be registered.



**Receiving mail or packages is prohibited, and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.



To make the process as seamless as possible, we'll provide you with a secure link where you can easily complete the verification steps. Rest assured, your privacy is important to us, and all information shared will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.



In order to ensure a worry-free stay, we require a $500 refundable deposit. It will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay. Same-day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.
