HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please take a moment to read through the following before booking. We want your stay to be enjoyable and stress-free for everyone.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
State law strictly prohibits parties or events at this property. This is a residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

The home is equipped with Noise Aware, a noise monitoring device, which measures decibel levels only it does not record audio or video. We will be notified if noise exceeds acceptable limits. Please be aware that violating local noise ordinances carries an initial fine of $2,000.

SECURITY CAMERAS
For the safety of guests and the property, we have a doorbell camera and cameras on the exterior sides of the home facing the gates. There are no cameras inside the home.

✅ RENTAL AGREEMENT and GOVERNMENT ID – REQUIRED
This property requires a rental agreement and a government issued ID within 24 hours of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until verification is completed.

Access will not be provided without successful completion.

As part of verification, guests will be asked to:
• Submit a valid government-issued ID
• Sign a Rental Agreement and Prearrival Form

The ID must match the primary guest name on the reservation.

⚠️ CANCELLATION POLICY RELATED TO VERIFICATION
If you choose not to complete verification, please cancel your reservation yourself within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund (if eligible under cancellation policy).

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations resulting from a refusal, delay, or failure to complete verification after that window. We are unable to cancel reservations on behalf of guests who did not complete this step.

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:
This is a NON Smoking home.
No pets without prior approval, including service animals. We do allow one dog with a $200 non refundable pet fee.
No cats allowed due to guest allergies.
No guests that are not on the reservation or otherwise approved.
There are 2 Smart TVS for all your apps, NO live TV
Service fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

This is a residential area. We must be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am and must be respected. Our home is equipped with Noise Aware Monitors inside and in the backyard to protect our neighbors. There is one Ring Camera at front door and one facing the driveway.

Per the city of Scottsdale, rental properties cannot occupy more than 6 adults and their dependent children at a time
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that governs the terms of the stay. No bookings will be approved without finishing this process. This is a State and City Law.

    It's our second time back to this location. Great proximity to attractions, golf and shopping. Also, a very nice dog park is right across the street. VRBO is well decorated and stocked with everything you will need except food. Grocery stores are close-by and very nice, not too expensive, restaurants are close. You will enjoy your stay!

    This was a family trip before the holidays . Time together was the best gift. The Saguaro caught my attention with being close to my parents and easy access to many hiking trails. Had a little concern with an item being unclean which was rectified immediately. I do hope the management will consider some dressers in the bedrooms and maybe a big comfy chair in the living room for future guests. I did enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and the hot tub at night after many long hikes. I’d book here again most definitely!
