14th-floor condo at Gulf-front resort - central AC, balcony, pool, & hot tub

Very nice condo. Bathroom could use some upgrades. But overall very nice!

Beautiful view and access to the amenities. The provided towels were great! This was a decent option for me to stay alone while in town for an event, but it is not a place I would return to with my family. The condo is definitely outdated and needs some updates. Bedding was very well worn and didn't feel clean and there was hair on the pillows. Bathroom lights shut off periodically and theres a lot of areas that need painting/repair. The seal to the door needs to be replaced as a lot of air was coming in loudly at night. The buttons on the door lock stick making entering the condo a little frustrating, code way too long to remember. Overall it was a decent stay, just think needs some updates.

Overall it was a nice place. The bed was way to firm and extremely uncomfortable but everything else was enjoyable.

We had a great stay! Check in and out was very easy! The condo was very clean and had a wonderful view! We will definitely rent again!

This a wonderful way to enjoy Galveston. The condo is very nice, very clean and the bed is wonderful. Being able to enjoy the amenities of the San Luis Hotel is the cherry on top. I will definitely stay here again. Great Value!!

The master bed was very comfortable. Sheets were new, pull out couch was great for the kids.

Great stay. Bed was nice and form. Sheets were clean and looked new. Plenty of towels. Couch was perfect for 2 kids. Hotel it self was nice. The only thing that was difficult was the 10 number door code. We didn’t realize until we were leaving that we could change that door code. Wish I would have read that at check in. Will definitely keep this unit in mind for next years trip

We enjoyed our stay here very much. There was plenty of room for my family of 4, including multiple areas to set up the baby's pack n play. LOVED the chairs on the balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed, and I really enjoyed having a dishwasher to wash the baby bottles!

I had high hopes for this rental based on the location and the pictures. The condo is super cute, looked to be clean, great ocean view, and we loved the access to the San Luis amenities. The things that were hard for me to get over: the fridge wasn’t cold when we got there. It’s ancient and will be replaced, but annoying for us to deal with. After I adjusted the temp it did finally chill but took 12 hours. The AC does not flow well in the bedroom. I like to sleep cold and it was SO uncomfortable for me. The bed was also very hard. Lastly, the condo looked super clean but after walking around our feet turned black. Disappointing stay, I won’t be back.

I couldn't believe that for 3 women we were only given one roll of toilet paper and 4 bath towels for a 6 night stay. I ended up getting towels from the pool to use and buying tissues at the grocery store. The mattress in the bedroom is also very hard and the dishwasher is so loud we only ran it when we left the condo. I wouldn't stay at a condo connected to Vacasa again.

Great condo with ocean views. We went to the beach a couple of days and we also went to the hotel pool. The condo was clean and comfortable. The appliances are old but everything worked.

20 people stayed at the resort in 6 separate condos and it worked out perfectly. Great location and amenities!

Stay was comfortable for family of 4 with the pull-out couch. Space was clean and access to hotel was great! Would recommend to friends.

Need comforter/blanket for sofa bed. Why market this as a sleeps 4 when materials are not provided. Needs to be disinfected. Cleaning company is not doing a good job.

Clean and comfortable. Slightly dated, but had everything we needed. Resort was beautiful and had full service. Cool area, beautiful but caution with kids due to bar behavior.

Kitchen exhaust fan not working. Corner light fixture (right) not working. Porches were rather filthy with bird poop. Otherwise all good.

We enjoyed being on the 14th floor overlooking the Gulf, and having the amenities of the San Luis hotel. Unit needs to be updated, paint pealing in the bathroom, and freezer needs to be defrosted, looked like an ugly ice cave, Vacasa,s locking system leaves much to be desired. Not the most user friendly. Cleaning needs to be better, missed trash in bathroom, bird splatter on patio door and railing. Overall would stay here again.
