Stayed Feb 13, 2026Start off with the trip was really nice but the first night we got here we were gonna cook on the BBQ and it was moldy. Then my friends boyfriend shower and the fan in the first bedroom bathroom coming off the front door stairs didnt run. Then all the chairs on all the balconies were rusty. The was water stains on the sliding glass door off the kitchen. Some of the glass cups and glass coffee cups were dirty in the cupboard also one of the spatulas were chipping plastic and dirty. The front of the fridge and front of the dishwasher was dirty. Last thing we had no hot pads for pulling out hot food from the oven. So I would really like a refund for the inconvenience

Stayed Jul 24, 2025The property was pretty well maintained. The check in was simple and beach access was close. The bathrooms did not provide any hand soap, the floors were dirty and sandy, a lot of the cookware was falling apart. The worst part was there were 2 full garbage bins left in the garage and the whole house stunk like rotting garage all weekend. Garbage day was Wednesday and we arrived Thursday so I do not know how this could have been missed.

Stayed Mar 17, 2025House was clean and beds were comfy. Only thing good to know ahead of time is 3 flights of stairs that are very steep.

Stayed Aug 23, 2024This place is just as advertised. A block from the beach in Lincoln City so it’s close to Newport, Yachats, Tillamook etc. the apartment itself is up to date, well furnished. I love that both bedrooms have their own bathroom. All in all it was perfect for our needs. Be aware that it does require a bit of stair climbing which is not a problem for us. The only recommendation I would make to the owner is to perhaps provide a book with resources, restaurant recommendations, and other “FAQ’s”. We would definitely stay here again.
