Stayed Aug 4, 2023The location was perfect - right in the middle of downtown and steps from the beach, with a private parking spot. They gave very clear instructions for after hours key pickup and drop off, which was very easy and smooth. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We were there with our two young children and it was perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to future guests.

It's a nice well maintained compound with ample parking and great security. Bill Day, the property super, is always so friendly, helpful, professional and is very dedicated to the upkeep of the overall property.The specific condo we stayed in appeared to have been upgraded in recent years. eg. popcorn ceilings were gone, light switches, led can lights etc. Very comfortable king size bed in the upstairs master bedroom. Well stocked kitchen with all the basic utensils.
