This is our second time visiting this location. It is a large and comfortable appartment with everything you need. The best thing is the location. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk away and shops are a short drive away. Definitely recommend going to this place!

Everything was great with our stay every thing was very clean and the view was absolutely gorgeous the king bed was a little hard but other than that everything was great and the host were wonderful we never met them but they left us a gift basket and message right back when I messaged them over great experience and we loved it

The condo was as advertised and matched the listing. The pros were The location was great, we saw manatees and dolphins every day. Walking distance to beach and condo very well stocked. The cons for me was the beds were way too hard, and the dryer needs to get updated as it ruined a few pieces of clothing with either grease or burnt marks. Also, the blinds didnt really open or close, but could be if you manually pushed them open and closed.Having said all of this, we would book this condo again in the future. It was a great experience and the owner was really very responsive. I would highly recommend anyone looking to book in this area to consider this condo.

Owner was very quick to respond when I needed to communicate. Place was clean and up-to-date. Rooms were very spacious. Quick walking distance to the beach. Beautiful view from the balcony. So saw many dolphins from the balcony. A/C worked amazingly well. Highly recommend and would definitely rent again.

This was our second year in a row staying at this property and it won't be our last. Plenty of space for a family of four which includes two girls, a 10 year old and thirteen year old. The area is laid back and quiet, the beach is just a three minute walk away. Two full baths, comfortable beds and an outstanding view from the balcony.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfectly located near the beach and fishing. There was plenty of space for our family of four. We happened to be here over the Fourth of July and the patio was the best spot to watch fireworks.

We had an excellent time. Great condo. The owner was very responsive. Highly recommended!

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay in this large and very clean condo. The unit is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make meals at home. The views are awesome allowing us to watch dolphins from the porch. The proximity to the beach made it an easy walk back and forth which was helped by the beach wagon provided. There is a nice launch spot for kayaks right near the unit as well. The welcome gift basket and note were a nice touch. One downside was that the fishing pier that is in the listing is not usable which was a bit disappointing. Overall we would definitely recommend this rental!

Condo is conveniently located. Walking distance to the beach. Full kitchen, nice balcony view. Garage was great to keep car cool. Lots of beach toys and beach accessories for kids. Easy communication with host. Would recommend and would stay again.

So much space and the most beautiful master bedroom view!! We loved our week here for spring break and hope to be back! Daryl was super to work with!!

The location and place itself was exceptional. The owner was very responsive and welcome. We had a little hiccup though. The fridge on the property where we stayed did not working properly. It was very loud, it was impossible to sleep. We did contact the owner. He said that he will take care of it, but for some reasons the issue wasn't solved. We had to unpOther

Lost count I’d the number of times we have stayed at Darryl and Isabel’s two condos. Amazing views. Masses of space. A real home from homes what more could you ask for

We were aware of the damage to the general area and was advised by the owner of a few issues,no pool available,internet down and some cladding.We were offered a full refund but decided to go ahead,this was a good decision as the property was great just as described. Darryl the owner was very helpful.
