This condo, located in building C of the Sea Cabins, (faces northeast) has recently been repainted and has had a nice addition of a coffee bar (Aug 2022).
There are 2 TVs, one in living space and one in the bedroom, both with cable TV. Free Wifi is included.
Private community pool, grill area, coin laundry, and access to THE ONLY fishing pier on the Isle of Palms.
Convenient to shops, restaurants, ice cream and treats. The county park playground and park facilities right next door.

Nice, little condo with beach access. Clean and well managed. Parking was easy and close to the unit. Great restaurants and a grocery store are within walking distance..
Everything was neat and clean great location
Liked the location, beach was crowded compared to 42 street area we usually stay, fee restaurants close, accommodations perfect for two, planning on returning in October.
The condo was very clean and the area is nice. Plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance.
My daughter and I wanted one last girls trip before she heads to college. Isle of Palms was the perfect location for us to enjoy beach and city! The condo was super clean, beds were comfortable and the beach access was close and convenient. We could sit on the porch and listen to the waves. So many great restaurants within walking distance (under 10 min - some only 2 min walks) - every place we ate at impressed us, never had a bad meal. Highly recommend Long Island Cafe. And it was only 15 mins to downtown Charleston. We felt safe the entire time. We will stay here on our next trip back for sure - we just loved everything about it
We were very pleased with the condo. Thank you so much! Big pros: Within walking distance of several restaurants and shopping. Harris Teeter just a block or so away. The pier and beach access are directly adjacent to the unit. Very robust Wi-Fi and 5G service for AT&T cell service. Great communication with owner and no hassle check in / access. All instructions and codes are printed and laminated on refrigerator. Couple of very minor cons: It got cold a couple of nights so it would be awesome if there were some extra blankets in the closet. Also the couch and area rug are in need of a good shampoo / deep clean. If you happen to be a light sleeper, another to keep in mind is that the bedroom is located at the front of the unit next to the hallway, so any time somebody walks by or talks outside the window you can hear it very clearly. Again, the pros totally outweigh the cons. Super value for a 1 BR unit right on the beach!
Easy process to rent the property. Only complaint was that the bedroom needs room darkening curtains.
This is a clean well stocked condo. The pool is nice and easy access to the beach. I would stay here again.
This property was everything we needed. It was just my husband and I, which worked perfect. Any more than that and it would have felt a bit cramped. The kitchen is very well stocked. The bed was comfortable. The only suggestion there would maybe be some new pillows? The location is definitely the best part. Right by the beach and close to restaurants, a grocery store, etc. Would definitely recommend!
