I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: An incredible month of California living! You can’t do any better than waking up and going to bed gazing at the Pacific. It is a perfect location. We were there for 6 weeks and in that time experienced some issues due to the atmospheric rivers that came through. Each time we had an issue ( just a couple), the management team was quick to respond and provided solutions and repairs. This is a great management team!We left our winter coats that we would desperately need in the north country where we were going. The team picked up the coats and shipped them to us in LA before we flew home. They went well above and beyond the call of duty.We have reserved for next year and can’t wait to get back.

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Pismo Beach for 10 years and never enjoyed our stay more than this year. Beyond the spectacular view of the ocean and beach life, we were comfortable in a nicely appointed condo with everything we needed. It is well kept and enhanced our stay beyond our expectations. Simply put, it was our Paradise.

Steps from the beach and a few minute walk to the shops, restaurants and wharf. We 100% will be back!

Condo was well equipped in the kitchen. Deck was very nice. Would have to say metal bunk was noisy, would suggest sturdier bunk beds, worked great for the grandkids. Nice clean and good sofa sitting area.Kinda of wished there was a second TV in master room. But definitely planning another trip. Thank you for sharing your rental with us.
