    This location is absolute perfection. The view of the lagoon and the beach is beautiful and ao relaxing. But you're also right across the street from Coligny Plaza. There is so much to do within walking distance! The condo itself has lots of space and has everything you need. We had a blast and would stay here again!

    First off we loved the beach and location. We didn’t have one bad dinner in the area. The unit is outdated and needs renovation. The unit next to us was under renovation and we had hammering and pounding every morning starting at 8am. I work nights so It wasn’t very restful. Also construction on the water feature and landscaping were very loud! The bath tub in the master bathroom is plugged up and I had to use a plunger to empty the bathtub. The unit doesn’t have sufficient hot water. We were unable to fill the bathtub without the water, turning cold. The pools were not heated to a comfortable temperature based on seasonal temperatures. The hot tub was also under construction. Our entire family didn’t use the pools once because of the pool’s temperature. It would be ideal for these units to have access to public grilling stations to allow us to cook. If I was notified of the construction on the property and the unit next door we would have canceled and stayed somewhere else. It was unfortunate that the property manager didn’t notify us of the construction until after the cancellation period. We will buy our own unit or rent at a different location going forward. Also avoid this property management group.

    listing and property manager missrepresented the degree of construction on the property and especially the full blown gut job going on in the adjoining property that we were awakened to Monday morning at 7:30 am.Hammers ,saws pounding our bedroom wall all day long.could'nt escape noise inside or out.massive fountain project going on made balconies and pool miserable.moved to a less desirable location in day 2.not many options.Spring break.and to add insult to injury...property manager charged us 1400 to leave.cleaning fee and service fee tacked on.plus I had to eat 580 VRBO FEE.even though VRBO customer service was sent proof of terrible situation and i have email I would get VRBO fee back.And if you think it couldnt get worse...It did...new property booked for a month became a massive construction site non stop.property owner misrepresented property and well as property managers.We had to leave propertyto have any peace.Mark

    It was great working with the vacation company. They were communicative and helpful in assisting us with a last minute property change issue due to an unannounced construction project at our original location. The condo was super clean and we appreciated all of the recommendations and beach gear rentals. Would go back in a heartbeat!

    Great property and location! The fountains were drained which was the only cosmetic issue. I might suggest using rubber wrist bands for the pool area as this is monitored frequently and one of the security folks was rude to my son about it.

    The beautiful water features that you see in the first picture were not operating (all 5 of them!) and appeared to not be operating for a long time as they were all brown and full of gunk. Really upsetting as it is what this unit looks out onto. The condo itself was a nice space and very close to ocean and shops as described but the view was terrible due to the water features. We also had no warning of this prior to arrival. Disappointing.

    The overall stay was good enough. Met all of our wants and needs for the vacation portion itself. There were two main issues we were not happy about upon arrival and the actual stay in the unit itself. First, the main grounds water feature as shown in the picture was not functioning. In fact, the pond had been drained and was not working at all. The pond looked like a swamp. Nobody informed us of this issue at any point prior to the trip as a courtesy heads up. That was a main selling point of the unit (the view of course). Second, we encountered a leak in the kitchen area on day one. It was bad enough that paint and drywall had worn away in a 12x12 area in the ceiling, so clearly an existing issue. We placed a large bucket on the kitchen floor for the entirety of the trip. We called on the second day of our week long trip to notify management of the issue. They said someone would address it. NOBODY EVERY DID.

    We love staying near Coligny. This place right there. Easy walk to shops and beach. Pools are great. Poolside Bar is very convenient. Overall home was as listed and very comfortable for us. We will stay here again.

    This was our 3rd time staying at the SeaCrest, each time in a different condo. This unit was our second favorite as it was perfectly fine and clean thankfully, but not special in any way. We were made aware of maintenance happening in the garage area before our arrival but were surprised to find the lagoon had been completely drained and was also undergoing a serious repair. This definitely took away from the ambiance of the exterior/grounds of the property. We were also surprised and disappointed that the Pool Bar Jim's area was not being kept in better condition for as busy as it was each day, especially the women's restroom (the only stall out at the pools) which was missing screws on the vent that was clearly coming off of the door (which unfortunately then left room for someone to try to peek in). Another complaint was that the master bathroom did not have a fan or air conditioning coming into it which left it feeling very stuffy and that it would have also benefited from having a caddy in the shower which was small and had no usable ledges to keep your soap, shampoo, etc on. Additionally, the sliding glass door out to the master balcony was difficult to lock/latch and there weren't any good size Tupperware-type containers provided to store food in. Otherwise, the private beach and pool areas were busy but not overcrowded, it is within perfect walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants at Coligny, and the management company was responsive.
