Stayed Jul 24, 2025The building was well maintained. The condo was not. The furniture was old and dirty. The condo was also dirty. The floors weren’t clean. The linens were clean. I would not rent this unit again!

Stayed Jun 9, 2023The condo was very nice and clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful. I always book a gulf front condo for the view and this one did not disappoint. The pool is large and I witnessed it being cleaned 3 times on our 4 day stay. There's also a lap pool and hot tub. The elevators were busy but fast. My only gripe would be the beach chair service, not the people working for the company, they were great. Everyone of course wants a front row set up next to the water, but that's impossible. There are only so many spots. As guest check out you move closer to the front, which in our case, ended up being our last day there. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!
