Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Check in/out so easy.Beautiful decor, great kitchen! Love the laundry room! Only small things-Couldn’t use closet in the back extra room because it was used as a utility. Front two rooms need a mirror and waist basket, but everything else was so beautiful!! Would stay again.

Great place to spend vacation with several amenities you have at home. My favorite is the extra ice maker in kitchen for cups and coolers. The only thing to improve would be to make the queen size beds actual queen size, more like regular. Would definitely stay again. The two beach chairs assigned to the room was a real plus as well. Thanks for letting us spend our vacation there.

1st time coming to Navarre Beach. We booked this condo last minute. It has a great view. It’s roomy. We loved it. We had everything we needed to make Breakfast and Lunch. Close enough to places to eat dinner. It’s a great beach! We can’t wait to go back.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful apartment, very suitable for the six of us. The view is unique and memorable. The apartment is perfectly located on the beach. We enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzis.

Our family had such a good time and loved the condo! It had everything we needed! It was our 5 month olds first beach vacation and she loved it! We would definitely stay again!

Great location. Amenities in condo were nice. Cleanliness is something that needs addressed. Mold in all bathrooms even on ceilings. Baseboards in bathrooms was disgusting.Floors very dirty and balcony floor need good cleaning. The pool was disappointing as you cannot see ocean because sand dunes block view. Beds were okay.

It was a great stay. Plenty of everything...bath towels, beach stuff (tent/cooler/beach towels), space inside the condo, seating, kitchen utensils, ice. The place kept cool all week and it was a scorcher. Everything was clean, tables, chairs, beds, etc... The view was outstanding. The worse (still a 4).. I only gave the check-in process a 4 due to getting the code right before check-in. The cell service was spotty on the 12th floor to get the code. This needs to be provided at least 30 minutes in advance along with the wifi info. That is the only drawback. DeeAnna's response to any emails could not have been any faster. I would most definitely stay again.

The listing and process for this condo were spot on. We had no problems whatsoever. Great communication with the agent! We would lease with them again. What you see is what you are going to get.

It was a wonderful condo, roomy enough so my 14 month old granddaughter had room to play. One of our tvs didn’t work so DeeAnna went above and beyond to accommodate us by sending a new tv. (My grandson was so happy.) We enjoyed the condo so much that we’re going to hopefully book it again for next year..

The condo itself is gorgeous, clean, well supplied. However, do be aware you are not allowed to have condo doors open at all. This was a big drawback for us. One of the reasons we love beachside condo is to be able to sleep to side of the surf and enjoy it all day long. Instead we had to use an app for ocean sounds. Also, the temperature was freezing in the lockout bedroom and so difficult to control that one in our party gave up and slept in another bedroom.

Beautiful Condo on a beautiful beach. Highly recommend.
