House was beautiful. Nicely located to head into downtown. Great time!

Convenient to Vanderbilt, Belmont, 12 South, The Gulch, Music Row and Midtown - all the great spots. Broadway’s a quick ride too. Cozy beds and a great rooftop for relaxing. The garage was a bonus.

It works very well for our stay and what we needed. A little TLC in certain areas of house would have been nice, but overall it worked perfectly for us. Location was safe and easy 8 uber to Broadway, we walked 12 South, adult kids biked/scootered everywhere. Good stay and would recommend for a large group wanting to go downtown.

Unit was fine for what we needed (4 middle age guys golf weekend) but missing some essentials. Not one hanger in any of the closets. Limited glassware. Kitchen Sink disposal not operational. The water dispenser on fridge shoots water out sideways so makes a mess. Ceiling fan in main bedroom not operational. Main level was comfortable but 2nd floor got hot and was stuffy. Two of the bathrooms had the smallest sinks I've ever seen. The spit bowl in a dentist office is larger than these sinks.There are some positive attributes; close to Belmont/Vandy. Short Uber ride to downtown. Unit has parking in garage. Had an issue with the garage opener keypad and was able to reach live person when I called the host phone # after 5:00 pm so that was great customer service.

Host was wonderful and accommodating. Place was fantastic and rooftop was perfect. Four couples and plenty of room.

Parking was easy in the garage and location was just what we needed.

Clean and plenty of space for everyone. Rooftop was a great place to hangout. 2 ice makers was great!

We had a wonderful time in this house! It was very confortable, near by everything. The beds are a little bit small, and 2 of the rooms have barely andy closeths or drawers. 2 bathrooms have no place to put any travel bags or even tooth brush. No mirrors in most of the rooms. Things like that I think are necessary for these kinds of accomodation.

It was a nice property. Plenty of room but lots of stairs. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy although we did not have any problems just a lot men lurking around the house.

Home is directly across the street from bad area of town. Bed linens were stained and not well kept. Shelves in closet in master bedroom had not been cleaned in long time. Light bulbs out across the house.

We have stayed at several amazing vrbos in Nashville. This one was great but not amazing. LOTS of steps, little sketchy neighborhood and yer great location, I could have sworn that I saw a picture of a dining room in one of the photos, but I believe the dining room was converted into a bedroom. I totally get it but with us staying at thanksgiving that would have been nice to have. The bathrooms on main level and basement are so small almost unusable. This is a small petty item but more towels and hangers would have been nice to have. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend!

Location was excellent. 5 min to expressway, 5 min drive to tons of restaurants and entertainment venues. Quiet neighborhood, quiet neighbors. Gorgeous and modern townhouse w 2 car garage. Felt very safe staying here. Cons: the sinks in the downstairs master and hall bath are so tiny. Barely able to spit when brushing teeth without knocking your head on the wall or making a mess on the floor. So that was the reason for the 4 star rating. Also the 3 flights of stairs may be difficult for older people or those with leg/knee problems. We didn't have any issues, but it can be a workout, so FYI! The kitchen was well-stocked as we did eat in for several meals. The TV in the living room and downstairs bedroom wouldn't work the first night. Communication was easy with itrip and they came the next day to fix the issues. Check in/out process was very easy. Overall I would stay again and recommend to others!

Our stay at this property was mostly enjoyable; however we did have a couple of issues. There was a problem with the air conditioning, as it was only working properly on the upper (3rd) floor. Luckily, our weekend weather was much cooler than expected due to Hurricane Helene, and although it was still hotter than we found comfortable, it could have been a more significant issue. The communication with the host regarding this was lacking. She indicated that someone would come to fix it the day after we checked in and made our complaint. That never happened and we never heard from her again. Another situation was the lack of counter/sink space in the bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms had none due to the miniature sinks. The bath attached to the room with 3 beds had minimal space--only room for one person at a time. This is a problem when you have 5 women trying to get ready at the same time (and we were supposed to have 7, which really would have been a problem). The beds were cozy, the space was clean and otherwise comfortable. The garage was convenient and appreciated. We can't really speak to the rooftop or the location of the property because it rained almost the entire time we were there, so we were unable to utilize the rooftop and had to Uber everywhere we went. However, the rooftop was one of the main reasons we chose this property! Overall, it was a good experience and we might be willing to stay again if proper air conditioning/more mirrors were a guarantee.

Very nice property. Came with a group of eight adults to explore Nashville and take in a packer game. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The condo was just right for us. Plenty of room, clean, great location, and bonus rooftop area to enjoy the beautiful weather. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
