True oceanfront property located in the highly sought after Pismo Shores Estates gated complex. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, access to in-ground pool & spa. Condo offers unique opportunity to watch the waves and sunsets from right on the beach front. Pismo State Beach, Pismo Pier Promenade, downtown restaurants, shops and entertainment all adjacent to the gated condo complex. You enter the property on the main living level, to the left is the first bedroom which has a queen bed and smart TV with Sonos sound system. Straight ahead takes you down the hall to the second bedroom which has the regular king bed and smart TV with Sonos sound system, as well as the laundry closet and hall bath. The hall bath has a combination tub and shower. Off to the right from the entry is the gorgeous, fully equipped chef's kitchen with high end appliances, including induction cooktop & convection oven. Enjoy your home cooking on the beautiful built-in dining table which has a nice ocean view, a breakfast bar for some extra seating, and home bar setup with wine fridge and plenty of barware (no alcohol is provided). Just off the kitchen is the serene and spa-like primary bedroom suite, also with ocean views. The bedroom has a king Sleep Number bed which allows you to adjust the softness of the mattress for your own comfort level as well as raise the head and foot areas up and down, operating each side of the bed independently from the other, and smart TV with Sonos sound system. The en-suite bath attached to the primary bedroom has dual sinks in the vanity, two separate clothes closets with mirrored sliding doors, a glass enclosed roll-in shower with fold-down seat and hand-held showerhead, and water closet with a smart toilet that also includes bidet features. At the top of the stairs going down to the living room is the main Sonos sound system control panel, which allows you to play many different types of music and you can play something different in every room or the same throughout the property. The living room has a big sectional sofa that has 2 twin pullouts for additional sleeping (linens are provided), smart TV with Sonos sound system, fireplace, and nearly a full wall of floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors with a view directly out to the beach, the Pismo Pier and the Pacific Ocean. The lower level of the oceanfront deck has a large sectional outdoor sofa with a natural gas firepit table (not suitable for outdoor cooking), and a propane BBQ.

Weekly Rental Only (HOA requirement). 4th of July week rent increases. Christmas/New Year's Holidays are considered a 2-week block for this property and must be rented together, or for no less than 10 days at an Event Rate. Monthly Stays require prior owner approval, no exceptions, and a price will be negotiated based on the dates desired and other factors.

And it doesn't get any better at Pismo Beach than the Pismo Shores oceanfront condos!!This particular unit has been nicely updated, and there was plenty of room to spread out. The garage is a nice place to put beach stuff so you don't bring sand into the living space.

    Nothing better than the beach with our family to have some fun and help heal our souls after a family death. This condo was beautiful and had a beach view.Walking distance to everything! Loved it! Will definitely be coming back, if you will have us! So perfect!

What we didn't appreciate was the noise in the morning from workers making repairs, and college students jumping the fence and using the jacuzzi & pool. We had to wait a couple of times.

Reviewer Comments: We met our son & family from Australia & had an extremely enjoyable 8 days. The view is fantastic & the town has everything that is needed.The condo is well equipped, although the BBQ is pretty average & there were no BBQ tools. I was surprised that there was no AC.The smallest bedroom is pretty small & is a bit tight for 2 children.Coastal Vacations were very helpful in sorting out a couple of minor issues.
