    Condo in a good location, lovely grounds well maintained, 3 swimming pools, we have stayed at the Deauville on 3 previous occasions. Condo itself is in need of a thorough clean, dishwasher never really worked well, drawers all need to be sorted and organized. Patio had never been swept or mopped for a while. We did reach out to the management company and they were quick to resolve the more important issues like repairing the door code, bringing a new toaster and fixing the dishwasher door. Would we rent this condo again probably not unless they did some renos (water marks on ceiling need to be addressed) and had a really, really good thorough clean. We pay for cleaning so why is it not done to a high standard.
