1/2 Block to Bay & Boardwalk

Cute place. Very clean. Nicely stocked with the necessities. Owner was helpful and easy to communicate with. Had a great time.

We stayed at this condo for the end of our trip after six days at mission beach south. Building looks like living in the projects. Indoors has been nicely updated and amenities seemed appropriate. Communication with host was excellent. Please disclose to your potential clients this until doesn’t have AC. 80 degrees with high humidity made this miserable at night with a four month old. Definitely would not stay here again unless they provide AC for this space. While we loved the inside of the place and the space, not a place for a family with a baby.

The apartment is cute with ocean themed rooms and decor. Very convenient to beach and restaurant. Manager is also very friendly and easy communication and responsible.

We had such a great stay at Adrienne's place. The apartment is easy to find, super clean and the rooftop deck was one of our favorite parts. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the bay and a 3 minute drive to Mission Beach (you could definitely walk or ride a bike if you wanted to). There is no ac but, there are multiple fans provided so between that and having the windows open, it was super comfortable. We would 100% stay here again.

We had a wonderful visit with our daughter. The apartment was lovely and clean. It was perfect for our needs. The location was excellent. It had everything we needed. We hope to come back again sometime.

The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. The information you receive will say you need to purchase some necessities, but we stayed 3 nights and found there to be everything we needed. The towels were still a bit wet from laundry, and they had been folded and put in the closet that way.

Lovely place close to the beach, has plenty of great toys for your time at the beach and wonderfully stocked place for a family get away.

Great location to the cove and many other places to see and eat. Very comfortable and has all needed appliance to make the trip easy and hassle free. Great commutation with the host.

Apartment is modern and update. Lovely decor and well stocked. Beds were nice and comfy. Outside looks a little run down when you first drive up but once you are in the apartment you forget all that. Perfect location. Only a block to the bay. Beach chairs and umbrella were a great perk as well as the washer and dryer. Communication from Adrienne could have been better. Would definitely recommend to others.

Adrienne was an especially gracious host in supplying all the necessary & ‘good to have available’ supplies in bathrooms, kitchen, laundry & bedrooms. Location awesome

Very clean and updated. Nice amenities and great location. Perfect for families with the beach park nearby. Close to many San Diego attractions. It felt like it was a safe neighborhood.

Place was beautiful and the location was perfect

Being able to walk down to a beach was a huge plus for us, to keep the kids entertained. And the fact it's a park on sail bay rather than the over-crowded mission beach, can be a huge plus.

Excellent property, did not have BBQ as advertised which was big, but only real disappointment.

The apartment is located on the top floor and there is an elevator to assist with bringing your bags up/down or if you have mobility issues. We could watch the nightly SeaWorld fireworks from the rooftop deck and walk to the beach. The apartment is clean and gets a nice cross breeze, no AC was needed. The beach supplies in the garage were very useful (cart, chairs, etc.) Comfy beds and clean bathrooms. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Would stay here again!

We had a nice stay. Location was super central. The bikes were awesome and we used them every day. The beach equipment was also a great bonus. Place was clean and great space for family of four.
