Our stay here was GREAT! Beautiful views, our condo was beautiful and clean. Our condo was right beside the pier and we could walk to restaurants and souvenir shops. The host checked in with us to make sure everything was ok and stayed in contact with us. He sent detailed info on our travel day and everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend this host. Thank you for a fantastic trip to Navarre!!

Property description was spot on. Host Brent was very responsive to any questions. Everything was very clean and in good working order. Great WIFI. Aah the beach…..the spectacular view nature’s drama.

We just wrapped up an incredible 4-night stay at 8577 Gulf Blvd in Navarre, and it was the perfect blend of relaxation, pristine uncrowded beaches, and seamless convenience. The property was clean, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home, but my absolute favorite perk was the close and easy proximity to the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier. Being able to stroll over so effortlessly to catch the stunning views, watch the marine life, and enjoy the coastal breeze made our trip unforgettable. The hosts made everything seamless from start to finish, and we are already planning our next getaway back to this beautiful gem!

The condo was as listed. Clean, beautiful view. Stocked kitchen and very comfy bed! The area was beautiful with a private beach and the provided chairs and umbrella were fabulous! If we come back to the area we would stay in this condo. Travel tip if you are staying with kids, there is nothing in the area for entertainment other than the beach. If you are like us and wanted a laid back trip it was perfect!!

We had a beautiful get away! The room was perfect. It was just me and my husband for a weekend get away. Everything was just a described!! For a family with smaller children there are bunk beds in the hallway that are perfect. He has a arcade game in the condo just perfect that brought us back to our childhood which made the weekend evening even more fun! I will be back!

The beach wagon and mat was a wonderful bonus and came in so handy. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. Everything worked as it should, was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Andy D's for breakfast. Hands down, the BEST pancakes I have ever had.

Host was welcoming and attentive. Condo was clean and had sufficient kitchen supplies. Loved the double/seperate vanity and toilet setup with shower in between. Unit also has bunk beds which is an added bonus as well. Hope to return yearly!

Great location, great host

First 2 days the water was very calm. Even though the water was freezing we were still able to get in the ocean. The room was perfect for us. The balcony was perfect and warm. Overall a great stay!

I have stayed in Navarre and Destin many times. This was by far the easiest trip so far. From the moment of booking up to check out. Host was prompt with communication and checked in on us when we arrived. Condo was exactly as described and very clean!

We have stayed in Navarre many times and love it. This is the second time in Summerwind. This unit was very nice, the 10th floor view was great. The beach chair and umbrella really sealed the deal for my wife. We have already told others about our experience. I'm sure we'll go again, hopefully, we can get the same unit.

Loved the ocean view and the convenient location. Having multiple pools/hot tubs on the property is a plus! The owner was prompt to respond to my calls/messages. The condo was clean and perfect for a single family.

First was the communication with the owner. Always right there and always so nice. Next was the property, very clean, plenty of parking, elevator was fast, right on the beach and close to everything. Then there was the condo, we absolutely loved it. The couches was where we sat because they were loveseats. I had broken my ankle and it was easier to prop my foot up on the cushion we had. Great views of the pier and ocean. The bed was so comfortable and loved that it was a king. Made for the best vacation. Definitely stay here if you have the option.

The views where breathtaking.

The condo was clean, stocked with everything we needed, and the view from the balcony was great. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants, including Andy D's, and the Santa Rosa Sound was within walking distance. Overall, a great place to stay.

Enjoyed our stay, condo was clean, check in and out instructions were clear and easy. Brent the owner/host communicated well. Cannot beat the view from the balcony. The pullout single sleepers doubled as a great lounge chair for the kiddo to rest in between sun and sand sessions. The arcade was a nice addition. Loved the area and will definitely be returning.

Gorgeous views, everything about the place is excellent. Food/drinks are within walking distance. If u have kids that love to fish, this place is perfect. We were able to sit on our balcony and watch our teenagers fish. During our stay we saw sea turtles, dolphins, and watched someone catch an 8ft shark.

The place was clean and easy accessible for our stay.

We do annual trip to navarre , so far this is the best stay we have! Its clean , aircon was cold , and water supply is not a problem . Shower curtain looks like brand new , beddings are clean . Top of the refrigerator has no dust , Spacious condo. Plus beach umbrella and two chairs are free of charge when we walk to the beach . Balcony has beautiful high chairs and table ,

Beautiful condo with great views! Spacious with enough beds for the family. Very clean and awesome communication throughout. Everything was perfect; except the weather, which was expected. We will definitely return!

Summerwind is a great place to stay the views, pier access and just an overall well run complex. Our condo was beautiful and our host was very nice! I just have two things I’d improve 1) more carts to carry your stuff out when your checking out (Saturday was so busy with everyone leaving we had to carry our stuff out in three trips) 2) move the visitor parking towards the back ( we had to park so far away from our complex when there was 4 visitor spots close to the front. If you’re visiting for 30 minutes you can walk)! Otherwise very good experience at Summerwind resort!! Will definitely be back!

The view was stunning. It was very clean and neat. The binder on the counter was a great reference for food and shopping.

My husband and I had such a good time in Navarre! The condo was so nice and everything was very clean! I loved how clean the kitchen was and all the plates, utensils, pot/pans etc. The views of the beach were so pretty from the 10th floor! We will definitely be back!

This was the perfect place for my three day escape. The condo was pretty and very clean. The view from the balcony was amazing and made my morning coffee taste even better than it does at home. The 10th floor allowed perfect views without all of the noise. I miss it already.

The view from balcony was wonderful. The property owner/host answered any questions quickly. This particular property had a fold out wagon to carry stuff to beach, which was great. Also we had 2 beach chairs and umbrella provided by service along with renting this property, which was great. Absolutely loved our stay.

Overall, we had a positive experience. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The gaming system was broke when we arrived but the owner fixed it by the end of our stay. We had a great week!

Had an excellent stay at Navarre Beach! Property has everything and you could watch an epic sunrise from the balcony. Close to everything in Navarre can walk to several restaurants and the pier. Brent was awesome and when something was needed he answered swiftly. The pool and hot tub are also a great bonus! Would recommend this property to anyone.

Our stay was great, we had everything we needed. From beach toys, and the wagon to carry everything. The balcony was my favorite. Although I accidentally did not book enough days as I thought I did. Brent was completely understanding and allowed us to take our time to check out. And that was after allowing us to check in early on the day we arrived.

This condo was super clean! All the bedding smelled fresh. The tvs worked with no issues and the ac was super cold! My youngest child loved the arcade game. I highly recommend!
