    The condo was fine, but the bathrooms and other areas need to be updated. We paid a premium price but did not receive a premium condo. The location was good, and the check in/out process was smooth.

    We absolutely loved this property! Perfect for our family of 4 and the location was great. About a 10-12 minute walk to the beach or a quick drive. Close to restaurants and fun family activities. Loved being able to easily go into Sea Pines one of our days and walking through Shipyard was beautiful. We will definitely rent bikes our next stay!

    The house was very clean, ready at check-in. Everything in house worked as expected. The golf course view was beautiful. Walk to beach was about 10-15 min. Would recommend using a bike with cart if you are taking gear to beach- that really helped us. Otherwise, you could drive and park near the beach, just had to get up early to get a parking spot. Neighborhood area was really quiet/clean! Would recommend this spot to others!

    The location in The Greens is an excellent one for walking or biking to the beach. There is a lot of beach gear if needed as well!

    We had a fantastic trip. I was a little hesitant due to the lack of VRBO reviews but so glad we decided to stay here. Property was recently updated and all brand new appliances in the kitchen/ furniture and even new TVs. The place was fully stocked - extra bedding/blankets/beach towels. Even had bathroom starter set (soap/shampoo/etc). Tons of books and games for the whole family to use. Quick 5 minutes walk/1 minute bike ride to the beach access point. Tons of beach equipment stocked in the storage closet for use. Wonderful trip - highly recommend this property!

    We stayed for a week over the 4th of July holiday. The townhouse is in a great location in Shipyard, an easy walk to the beach. The townhouse itself is fine, we had ample space for two adults and a toddler. The back deck is nice, over looking the 6th green. Nice Weber grill on the front porch. The interior finishes and furniture are not quite as nice as you would believe from the pictures. The bathrooms are in desperate need of a true renovation. The old tile and tubs from the 70’s are tired and the dollar store shower curtains left a lot to be desired, very disappointed with this. Also, the parking is very tight in this section of The Greens. This alone would dissuade me from staying here again. Note, I’m a car enthusiast and am very particular about my cars. Lastly, and important to note, this listing is managed by a large vacation rental company. There is nothing wrong with these companies, I’ve used them multiple times in the past. However, when booking a vacation home from VRBO or other peer to peer sites you expect to deal directly with the owner and/or a small management group. This particular arrangement resulted in little flexibility with an early check in, and minimal supplies and essentials provided in the townhouse. Overall, I would not book this listing again. We had a fine stay, however we have stayed in nicer units in the same neighborhood, The Greens, for comparable cost.

    This condo has been updated and has everything you could possibly need for your beach vacation. The townhouse is so close to the beach, a quick 4 minute walk. The outdoor grill was nice to have. I highly recommend renting this property.
