10 minute walk to bars! FREE parking - Spacious Downtown Condo

Our rental was in an excellent location, easily walkable to Broadway and neighboring attractions. The decor was cute and the old building had great charm and character. Our host, Andrea, was attentive and timely with communication throughout the entire process, from the original rental through checkout. We would love to stay again!

The place was perfect. Within walking distance to most places. Very clean and well supplied with amenities.The only suggestion I would make is that the sheets be replaced. They would not stay on the bed. Somewhat annoying.

The description of this property is accurate: spacious, clean, convenient! I was there with my daughter to scout the area for possible relocation and wanted to get a feel for the Nashville 'scene'. Our host, Andrea, gave clear, complete instructions for check-in and parking and even has notes in the unit to explain features on appliances, HVAC, etc. in case they are needed. She responded promptly via the app to any messages and gave helpful hints for things like handling luggage if you find yourself in the area before or after check in/out. Country music is represented in the decor, including some vinyl records which can be played on the turntable in the living room, a nice touch. The location couldn't be better for access to the Broadway scene, a safe, quiet neighborhood literally no more than a 10-minute walk (though the return is somewhat of a gentle but steady incline which can be avoided for about a 5 Uber ride though we didn't need to do that). This place is definitely a keeper on my list for any return trip I may make!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was only about 3-4 blocks from Broadway and there were other eating places close by. The free parking was a bonus. There was a little bit of a hiccup when we were checking in when we were not able to find a parking spot in front of the property to unload as instructed. We parked in a nearby garage and walked back to the property to get into the condo for the parking pass, only to discover to our dismay the elevator was out of order. We decided to go back to the car and drive around the block a few times to wait for a parking spot in front of the building. This took several times and probably a half hour, and thankfully the elevator had been fixed by the time we started unloading. We were very happy we didn’t have to haul all of our stuff up four floors of stairsThe condo was beautifully decorated and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and there were many little extras like an umbrella, maps, a book with highlights of things to do, places to eat, laundry & dish detergent, cleaning supplies, a blow dryer and a curling iron. There weren’t any kitchen towels or washcloths, but I had brought my own. Apparently the cleaning service had advised the owner those needed to be ordered.The listing indicated there was a deck or patio, which we weren’t able to find, and drinks like bottled water supplied, but that wasn’t the case. There was some coffee, filters, creamer and sugar.Great place to stay and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

The condo was clean and just as I expected from the description. It was an easy walk to Broadway, where all the action is, and also to other sightseeing venues. It was also a short drive to the Grand Ole Opry, although you have to deal with some traffic. There was a lot of construction going on while we were there, so some buildings weren’t accessible, and it did cause some issues with driving in the area. The majority of the time we were walking, so it didn’t really affect us. We met some really cool people, locals and other travelers, and had a ton of fun. We will definitely come back one day and would stay here again!

The condo was great! Open, bright and very clean. It was quieter than we expected, we don’t hear much of the city noises at all! It was an easy walk to just about anywhere you would want to go. We had the basics we needed to cook a simple meal. We would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

This is a really nice condo - ideal location, extremely clean and very well appointed with lots of cool “Nashville stuff”!! Andrea is very responsive to messages and provided lots of great advice and recommendations. We would gladly stay here again and have absolutely no reservations recommending it.

The condo was nicely decorated with country music memorabilia. We even played some of the records on the record player. The elevator is an experience in its own self. Unloading and loading our vehicle was okay. The parking garage is appreciated being free and nice that it is located one street over. The downtown area is walkable and we felt safe returning at night. It was cold for a few days but that was out of our hosts control. Overall a wonderful time spent in Nashville!

Amazing VRBO!! Perfect location with great decor as well. We loved the record player. Short walk to Broadway and many other areas. We enjoyed ourselves!! Place was very clean and exactly as described. We will stay again!!

What a perfect location for Bridgestone Arena and Broadway! We parked our truck and walked to all our events for the week. Andrea was quick and responsive to a plumbing issue we had too!

Great communication! The place was amazing! Gary spent so much time playing the records. Constant music in the condo during our stay, no need for TV! Our stay was memorable and we will be back.

What a great stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable for my wife and I. Close to downtown and very happy it had heat! The -6 nights were chilly. Definitely will stay there again when we come back.

The condo was great! The photos just don't do justice for how nice it really is. The walk to Broadway was simple and very convenient. The place is centrally located for an easy commute to Music Row also. We really enjoyed it and would stay here again if we came back to town.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was obviously very clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax between outings. The bed was comfortable, and the space felt quiet and welcoming.The location is excellent — an easy 10-minute walk to the Ryman, close to many restaurants and shopping, yet on a quiet street that felt very safe. The free parking in a nearby garage was a real bonus and made coming and going simple.We didn’t cook full meals, but the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay, including a coffee pot, dishes, and flatware. We would definitely book again, especially for the convenience of the location.

Parking sitch was perfect as was the location. Could easily walk to sites, attractions, historical areas, restaurants, and lower Broadway. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment is in an adorable building. Would highly recommend.

We loved the spaciousness and location of this property. It was close enough to walk to all the downtown Nashville attractions and restaurants but far enough away from the city noise. Loved the small elevator since this unit is on the 4th floor and it’s an older building. But loved the quaintness of the older building.

One of the best VRBO’s I’ve stayed in. Clean, nicely decorated, well appointed, great communication and easy access plus easy free parking! Walk to the broadway strip in just a few minutes- plus coffee spots and restaurants close by. Apartment building is pretty cool-elevator in Foyer takes you and your luggage right to the front door of the apartment -easy access and very quiet all 3 nights :). Highly recommend!!

We had a great short stay! Place was very clean and had everything we need. Communication was quick and thorough. Very convenient location. We could walk to everything we wanted to do.

Great unit in a great location. Walkable to most sites, restaurants and bars and an easy uber to the rest. Very comfortable and well stocked. We'll definitely stay again.

Property was as described and very relaxing between events only reason for not a perfect score from me is while the location is pretty convenient to most all you want to do and the walk is not bad going to town. The walk back is mostly uphill and at the end of the evening can be a little more challenging especially for us. We are in our 60s. That is the only downside we had was the walk back at the end of the night. We actually ended up gettya ride most nights. I did forget to add that the Free parking is great to have as parking can be quite expensive All in all we we look to book here in the future Thanks for sharing your accommodations

We very much enjoyed our trip to Nashville. This place just topped off our fun. We walked most places and loved coming back to relax in the cute, Nashville themed condo.

This property was perfectly located just off the main drag of South Broadway. Close enough to walk back and forth. Close enough to walk right over to Bridgestone Arena and The Ryman. But just far enough away to slip away and enjoy a good night's rest. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Nashville and saw Pearl Jam at Bridgestone, Amy Grant at The Ryman, and Maddie and Tae at The Opry. We had a blast and enjoyed our time at Ole Red, among many other watering holes on Broadway. Make sure to make a trek over to Biscuit Love for breakfast. We walked to the Gulch and took Bird Scooters back. All in all it was a great trip and the apartment was an excellent home base for all of our adventures.

First of all, what a cool condo! The decor was on point with the country music theme. We loved it. The bed was very comfy, couch was also comfortable for watching some basketball finals. Super well stocked kitchen, parking was pretty convenient as that can be an issue in Nashville. A few things we loved… we went to Cheekwood Botanical Gardens, such a beautiful area, after that took the drive to Franklin and on the way saw some of the most spectacular homes! Loved visiting the Jack Daniel’s Distillery in Lynchburg. Great tour and tasting. Loved all the music on Broadway, visited a number of bars. Would not hesitate to stay here again!!

Nicely renovated condo in old historical building. Very comfortable with all the amenities. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Didn't have any issues with noise.

A wonderful spot near all the activities. Decorated with so many fun music themed items it made the stay extra special.Very clean and couch (with blankets) and bed were very comfortable. I would definitely again!!

Disappointed with low tier Xfinity package.. ESPN was also not available, given we were there for SEC tournament it would have been nice to watch or the ability to add our package but Xfinity will not let you download You Tube TV. Just wanted folks aware because while none of us go to Nashville to watch TV you will probably go to the room at some point to take a break. Washer and Dishwasher had an odor and something came off on our clothes from the washer. Coffee maker was dirty. Bathtub had long dark hairs in it, my husband is bald and my hair is short. The nightstand was covered in crumbs of some sort.

This place was as advertised and then some. Everything you might need, down to see through purses for concerts. Clean and close to everything. Parking was very convenient. Bed great! Nieghborhood was very safe. If you can get a Red Phone Booth code well worth a visit.

Location and property are great - easy access to Broadway and nice inside. We stayed for a long weekend. In that span - for 2 of the nights we were woken up by trash being picked up ~2am and on another night around midnight there was an ATV noisely driving up and down the road. If you are staying for the party atmosphere, these things likely would not bother you.

Easy to get to property in downtown Nashville. Loved having a free parking spot acriss from the building. The condo has an elevator that we took to the 4th floor. The condo itself was spacious and had lots of guitars and nashville stars pictures on the wall .. Nashville is hilly and the confo is at the top of the hill. We would uber back home rather than walk up the hills. Had a wonderful stay!! wallfor 2 people with lot
