1 Seagrove Place Beachfront Condo, Beach Access

Perfect place. Will be back again.

Furniture filthy and needs cleaning.Disposal was full of rotten food and stunk horribly.Advertises 3 tv’s. The bedroom tv’s do not operate at all.Moldy smell throughout the condo.Construction noise very loud.

The view was great! The balcony lounge chair was ripped, but the other chairs were nice, and the master bed wasn't comfortable and didn't have enough pillows. Overall, the beach access/view were amazing. We would definitely stay there again!

Everything was great. The situation on that magnificent beach is really the best.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I rented a condo for a week and the staff and the condo couldn’t have been worse. From the the check in our experience was horrible. We walked in, and noticed that the 2 rocking sofas were disgustingly dirty, stains and discolored, which was so gross and we didn’t even want to sit. They left a bunch of towels to be folded, and the soap in every bathroom and kitchen was filled it water instead of refilling it with actual soap. The king size bed was SO uncomfortable, you have to sleep on the edge of each sides in order to sleep or else you’d sink in, in the middle. After the 4th day of being there, I called the front desk and the GM emailed me telling me how she was disappointed in ME because I didn’t tell them the very first day. God forbid my family and I are at least trying to enjoy our vacation instead of calling the very first day! I WOULD NOT recommend booking here. The staff was not helpful in any way.

This place was a great stay for our family! Incredible ocean view. Great location with restaurants close by. Would recommend.

Overall, we really like the place. One Seagrove is perfect. This unit had a few issues: dirty silverware and dishes in the cabinet, master bed was very uncomfortable. The platform has broken and bent legs that create low spots.Try putting a matt or rug under the platform. The legs slide on the tile floor and bend/break.

Great location in Seagrove with short walk to the beach. Condo facilities are updated and good pool for kids. Can’t wait to come back!

The unit was well appointed and we like the end units with the wrap around balcony for better storage of sand gear. Beds were comfortable. The sofa sleeper was a sofa sleeper :0 We have stayed in multiple units and to give this one a 5 star we would like to have more glassware and plastic glasses for safety, a full-length mirror somewhere in the unit, and more basic supplies. We spent an extra $100 on basic supplies like garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, etc. We don't live close enough to drive and suitcase space at a premium so we couldn't pack those. They also say they will not return anything left behind which we haven't run into before. It probably made us search everywhere 4x instead of 2 or 3. LOL! When we called the number given we reached an answering service and had to wait for a call back. All in all a good stay and a nice property. Solid 4 *

We stay at this property twice a year. One Seagrove Place is the best! All of the condos are very clean and have great views, especially if you stay above the 10th floor. This one was no exception. It was exactly as advertised.

Biggest complaint is that I didn’t know we were on a public beach. Had to get up between 5:30-6:30 to put your personal chairs out so you had a spot close to the water. The chair rental guys didn’t set up until 8:00. They majorly need black out curtains in the master bedroom, very outdated curtains and some of the panes were missing. The tvs didn’t work properly in the kids room or master. The pool needs an upgrade. Did kill a cockroach the last night in the closet. Pros are it’s next door to a donut shop, a seafood market, two nice restaurants close by and a great jogging path.

Great location and super easy access to the beach! However condo really needs a DEEP clean.

Such a lovely condo, very nice and clean and property owner was courteous and very prompt if we had a question. We will definitely stay again!
