Stayed Aug 21, 2025This was the worst VRBO rental we have ever had. The guest contact person never returned my emails so we never got any of our issues resolved. The management team evolve sent emails apologizing and telling me that someone would be contacting me right away and no one ever contacted me. The screens in the house were all torn so bugs/ mosquitoes would get in when the windows were open. The one fan in the house was broken There were no instructions about the house or what the Wi-Fi password was.We were told to remove the garbage but no instructions on where to put it.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025Two Days with No Shower – Very Disappointing StayI booked this property expecting a comfortable stay, but unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing.The shower had no running water at all for my entire stay, even though the faucet still worked. This made basic daily needs impossible and created major inconvenience.From the moment I discovered the issue, I tried reaching out for help but received no real support. I also noticed the internet did not work, even after turning on the modem. In addition, there were bugs in the room, which showed the property was not properly prepared for guests.Although I reported the problems and asked for assistance, I never received a proper resolution. The overall experience was stressful and far below the standard I expected when booking through this platform.I hope the property management and hosting platform will take responsibility and make sure future guests do not experience the same issues.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025Poor communication. Rushed to get there in time to pick up keys and dropped an activity. Office closed and no communication to get keys from box. Kitchen had tons of dead insects. Master shower didn’t work. No bbq as listed online. Wi-Fi not made available and had to hunt it down. Access to Northstar amenities not made available as listed. Emailed co tact twice with questions and no response ever. Must take trash out but not able to access trash facilities that one must drive to. Place is tidy and the location is great.
