Stayed Jan 15, 2026Host was communicative and helpful. We had a need for a little later checkout and, because she was able, she happily obliged and informed her cleaning crew to not come until later.

Stayed Oct 23, 2025Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed to feel at home. Complex feels like a resort. Owner was very friendly, communicative and provided all the information we needed prior to our stay. Walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale where there is a ton of shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend and will be back!

Stayed Oct 1, 2025The rental was mostly clean, there were crumbs on the kitchen counter/cutting boards. The weirdest part was that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 garbage bag in kitchen/bathroom. The listing didn't say there would be a limited amount, however the welcome text from the host did include this detail. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere where there wasn't even an extra roll of toilet paper especially if you're staying a week or so.
