Whether you’re enjoying a swim, lounging in the sun, or relaxing in the shaded entertaining area (complete with restrooms and a shower), you’ll find the rooftop to be a peaceful retreat. Access is easy via elevator or stairs.

Located just one level above the street, the condo offers easy access while remaining secure. Enter through a locked main door with intercom and security cameras, then take one flight of stairs to reach the unit—the first door on the left. Free street parking available.

Drift off in a king-size bed with a 7” foam mattress topper for ultimate comfort. The spacious closet features drawers, hangers, shelves, and an iron. We’ve stocked it with extra towels, blankets, and beach towels too.

Laundry Room
In-unit full-size washer and dryer with laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, grocery bags, and even a cooler for beach days.

Bathroom
Private en suite bathroom with a clean, tiled shower and full-size shampoo and conditioner provided.
