Stayed Jul 20, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Started off well wanted to stay while I purchased a home. Told Marilyn I would probably need another month with 28 days left in current lease, took it upon herself to renew when I told her I didn’t need to stay she forced me to stay with a sob story and threats of charging me anyways, purchased a home I could sleep in. A/C went out in Unit 2 days sleeping in my car 1 day not sleeping there refusing yo refund me. Flipped off my 4 year old son. She is a liar stay away from her properties. Won’t respond to me about deposit, when I told her I would do a charge back she threatened to file charges against me lol. Expected me to keep AC at 87 degree. What a joke

Stayed Mar 17, 2025First time to the St. Augustine area and loved this area. Extra clean, great area with three pools, fitness facility, golf, pet friendly and great area for those who like to walk. Close to downtown and the beaches. Highly recommend this area. Host was great and handled any and all issues that popped up.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have spent 2 months of the last 7-8 yrs. at Laterrs. Look forward to my stay because l like its location, the use of the fitness facility, upkeep of the grounds, cleanliness of the unit, cervices near by and an hat home feeling.
