1 BR / 2 BA Oceanfront Mauna Lani Terrace Condo

A perfect stay, very comfortable condo, lovely views and peaceful. The location between the hotel and beach club was great. The lagoon area is really special. The owner accommodated a request very graciously and their communication was excellent, including lots of helpful local information. We come to Hawaii frequently, and this is at the top of our list.

Lovely condo at the Terraces! We appreciated how well stocked it was, as well as the ease of communicating with Dave but, of course, the best aspect of the place was its location. It is just a short walk to the Beach Club or the Auberge hotel. There was ample room for the two of us. We would definitely return.

Everything was clean, easy direction. The host sent me all the pass codes and rules ahead of time of arrival. Quiet and clean area.

We’ve been staying in the Mauna Lani Terraces for about ten years and this has been the best condo we’ve rented. The kitchen is fully equipped and there were all the appliances we’d needed. Everything is top of the line and in working order. Our hosts were very helpful, sending information about the area and they made sure we had all we needed. Excellent stay at Mauna Lani! Perfect location on the island and Dave and Sue were fabulous hosts - very welcoming and responsive! Condo was pristine and we so appreciated their attention to detail in making guests feel welcome and right at home in their beautiful place! The grounds, pool and beach club were also pristine - we had a really wonderful time and hope to have the opportunity to stay again someday! They set the bar very high!

It Is an incredibly beautiful property. Everything about it: The location, pool, property, and condo were five stars. The whole house and the experience exceeded my expectations. I had an accident while hiking and Dave went above and beyond to help me. I am very grateful for everything he did.

We loved the unit with a beautiful view of the fish pond. Short distance from the beach with great snorkeling. They have everything you need. Dave responds with any questions answered. Could not recommend more!

Everything about our stay at this beautiful condo on the grounds of the Mauna Lani resort was perfect. The unit was decorated beautifully, had stunning views and was furnished with everything you could possibly need. A simple check in/check out experience made our trip stress free! The beautiful lanai views with soft trade wind breezes blowing made it simply blissful. We have stayed at many vacation rentals and the owners thoughtfulness and attention to detail make it the best.

This is a beautifully appointed condo complete with lots of extras that made our stay peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio that overlooks the lagoon. The birds chirping and palm trees gently swaying set the mood for our day!Serene, idyllic, and a beautiful paradise retreat pretty much sums it up!

Great location, lovely views, peaceful, relaxing. The condo is beautifully furnished and well-equipped, generously provisioned plus has lovely outdoor seating areas. The area has lovely parks, fish ponds and beaches. The condo is close to numerous restaurants and an excellent grocery store. Dave & Sue were a pleasure to deal with and provided extraordinary guidance and information on the area / restaurants / things to do. Highly recommend for a great stay on the Big Island.

We spent 5 nights at this wonderful condo. It is 1/3 mile from the Aubrege Resort, which we frequent for their drinks, eat at the bar and listen to live Hawaiian music. Good trails from the Condo for whale watching. We will be back.

Our stay was truly a dream--the owners have thought of everything. The place was immaculate, comfortable, and beautiful! I would not hesitate to book again for our next trip to the big island. Mahalo!

The property is gorgeous! The home is nestled in luscious vegetation, surrounded by a beautiful fish pond. The inside is gorgeous and superbly comfortable, stocked with everything you’d need and leaves one wanting for nothing. Dave and Sue made everything from reservations to check out a breeze and made us feel perfectly at home! We will definitely return!

Great condo, very well appointed.

Great location in an unusually lush spot on the Kohala Coast. The Mauna Lani development offers many trails, golf, and restaurants to make it a wonderful Big Island destination stay. The condo was beautifully appointed with even more amenities and conveniences than listed. It was more like staying in the post guest house of a friend than a rental property. The snorkeling around the point at the beach club was unexpectedly fantastic -- some of the best on the Big Island.

Contact with owners Dave & Sue was frequent & proactive. Answered questions before we asked them. Quick responses with recommendations and questions. Beautiful condo in a well located beautiful area.
