1 Block to Lake City Marina: Condo w/ Rooftop Deck

Must stay location! This space is absolutely gorgeous with all the needed details and more. The rooftop space is a big bonus with a wonderful view of the marina. The location is perfect for walking to the marina or visiting all the local downtown shops and restaurants. We all fell in love and said we'd for sure rent this place again when visiting Lake City!

From the moment we made the reservation and throughout our stay the communication was excellent. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful, better than the pictures. It looks like it was just remodeled so everything is pristine and clean. Large kitchen with all the basic cooking utensils as well as a blender, toaster oven, etc. Family room is huge yet cozy with plenty of seating and a big screen TV. The rooftop deck was has a gorgeous view of the marina and a fire pit, games, chairs. The bedrooms were great with lots of closet space too. We can’t wait to come back!

If you are looking to stay in Lake City, stop reading this review and go BOOK this property!  We were invited to a wedding nearby and decided after some looking that this condo with the location downtown but backing up to the marina was interesting.  It is truly amazing!  We all agree this is the best property we have ever VRBO'ed.  The renovation must be VERY recent and everything is in perfect order. Do not hesitate to book.- Super Clean- Great Location- The listing pictures do not do it justice.- Very responsive host!

The apartment was beautiful with top furnishings,Location was great only downfall was the moldy coffee grounds but we cleaned them out and moved on the property is truly amazing !

We had the best time in Lake City. This place is just as the pictures look. It’s clean, quaint, and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Were do I begin? Our stay at this unreal property went above & beyond my expectations. The property was beautiful, close to everything, clean and exactly what our family needed. We stayed for 3 nights, and wish we would have stayed longer. We were primarily in the area to spend time on Lake Pepin, but fell in love with Lake City. We arrived on a Thursday, just in time to hit up the local farmers market that was a short walk from the property. We then walked to the local grocery store to grab some burgers that we grilled on the rooftop of the property. We spent the rest of the night just hanging out, enjoying the rooftop, playing some bags and sitting by the fire. It was a perfect night. On day 2 we rented a slip at the marina and spent the next 2 days on the water. The marina is about a block and a half away, and could not me more convenient. Thank you for providing a space for our family to make memories. Now, I want to come back with friends ;)

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo—everything about it was just right for our group of four adults and two energetic boys (ages 7 and 8). The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home, but the real highlight for the kids was the rooftop deck. They instantly claimed it as their “base” for Nerf battles and Minecraft adventures—it became their own little world while we relaxed and enjoyed the views.The location couldn’t be better. We loved being able to walk to the Lake City Marina, grabbing coffee and ice cream nearby, and exploring the lakefront. The condo was well-stocked, beautifully decorated, and the host made everything easy from check-in to check-out.This was the kind of place that made us feel like we were on vacation the moment we walked in. We’re already talking about coming back again!

Whether we were sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying the stars at night, it was the heart of our stay.The Condo is perfectly located, and is within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, play grounds, and a delicious coffee shop. This home is not just a place to sleep—it’s an experience. Beautiful, comfortable, and unforgettable. Highly, highly recommend!

This home is amazing! The rooftop view was just the cherry on top! Plenty of space and comfortable. Ben was very responsive to any questions and the location next to golf courses and restaurants made for an excellent weekend. Will be looking to go back and would recommend to everyone.

This place is the absolute vibe! The pictures do not do it justice at all. It has the perfect blend of style and comfort. The exposed brick walls are sure to give you that instant wow. The location is perfect. It's within walking distance to all the best spots in Lake City. The owners have thought of everything from plush furniture and cozy beds to beautiful decor. It is spacious and roomy with huge closets. We stayed in the winter and cannot wait to come back to experience the Rooftop in the summer the view is gorgeous. All four of us on this trip would recommend this place a thousand times over if you want an awesome place to stay in Lake City!
