1 BLOCK TO BEACH- IN THE HEART OF THE ROMANTIC ZONE!

Great location. Lovely pool and rooftop. Lots of dining options. Easy walk to the Malecón.

Functional 1BR with a view of the bay and a nice oversized wrap-around patio. Furnishings and decor are basic. Location in the heart of activity, however the repetitive and loud music can get annoying. There is, however, a small noise cancelling machine provided.

Place has an amazing location, communication with Heidi and Lupita was quick and smooth. Building is in very good conditions. They have everything there to make your vacation easier. View from the pool is breathtaking.

This gem of a condo was a treat to stay at! Very comfortably decorated as the pictures show. The condo lives larger due to the great corner terrace. Excellent location and wonderful rooftop. Yes, it's a busy/noisy corner with 3 good restaurants below and while the noise may bother some, we enjoyed the music and people watching. We had no issues sleeping once the patio doors were closed. Excellent communication with the host and management. We definitely hope to stay here again!

Had an amazing time. Property is just as advertised and bed is super comfortable! The rooftop pool has stunning views! We spent every evening there watching the sunset from the pool!

The entire experience was wonderful. We will definitely be back. The location is great. It is just a couple of blocks from the beach, and the night clubs are approximately 5 blocks away. There are really good Restraunts near by. The owner answered all of our questions and the property management contact - Lupita - was so nice to work with.

The condo and the property amenities exceeded our expectations. We were concerned about the noise level but it was not an issue for us. We enjoyed listening to the live music coming from Margarita Grill from our balcony. Great location with numerous restaurants and bars in a 3 block area. We would love to stay here again!

The condo is very nice with a great location to restaurants and the beach. The rooftop is wonderful and the building in general is very nice. Lupita was wonderful to work with during checkin. The noise from Margarita Grill can get to be a bit much at night. Overall it was a nice stay and Heidi was very nice. It would be nice if there was one or two English channels on the TV.

Nice accomodations with beautiful deck and view. Rooftop infinity pool is great spot for watching sunsets and cooling off. Restaurants, beach and Malecon all within walking distance. Owner Heidi and property manager Lupita were very nice and helpful.

The apartment was perfect for three people. Excellent location. We had an amazing time. I loved the fact that just going downstairs I had everything; coffee, margaritas, restaurants (best taco Al pastor down the street),etc. Beautiful view from the roof top and perfect accommodations to relax and swim.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect for walking around the Malecon area and sightseeing. The condo is exactly as advertised and perfect for 2 people. The environment was not quiet around the condo but my husband and I were still able to relax and definitely enjoy ourselves. Most mornings we sat out on the patio and enjoyed a coffee. The roof top pool did not disappoint, there were some spectacular sunsets and fireworks from there. We spent 12 days and did a lot of walking and sightseeing from Yelapa to Sayluita and used the local transit to get around. We would definitely recommend going to The Pancake House for breakfast it is amazing and grabbing a Margarita from The Margarita Grill! Thank you Heidi for renting us your home for our vacation!

This condo is well appointed, with the balcony being it's best feature. It's on the 3rd floor, on the busiest street, so street noise is to be expected. We enjoy the vibe of this and the noise ends by 11 or shortly after so sleeping is great. Unfortunately for ALL the rentals in this section of Old Town, is the construction going on in a huge complex. It's very wearing to hear the jackhammers all day long so we kept our balcony time to early mornings, their breaks and evenings. With the patio doors closed, the sound was fine. The pool in this building is gorgeous with fabulous views. Again, the jackhammers....but it was facinating to watch them working on top of the building. We will definitely rent here again because the location, amenities, owner and managers are all great.
