Very hot water plus a brand new, top notch powerful WiFi router for real fast internet. Two brand new 43” toshiba (amazon fire edition) smartHD TVs. 2 new wall mounted secure Yale digital safes, 3 brand new strong air conditioners with led displays and remotes. One brand new orthopedic queen size bed & one brand new full size orthopedic bed. 2 brand new dressers. All brand New, modern furnishings with firm imported pillows and mattress. apt also has a cool doorbell. Big refrigerator plus new strong inverter that runs fans / lights if power drops. Well lit and comfy. Very nice new Granite countertops . Completely new kitchen, with new stove, a 6 burner with brand new excellent quality imported stainless steel pots/pans and other really great, new kitchen essentials. Brand new high end custom pantry. Tastefully decorated with fresh paint and new modern art. There are two new umbrellas in the place if it rains outside. Inside are books, games, & Netflix, if you just want to kick- back relax. Amazon prime ready to watch just log in to any tv when you come and log out when you go. For your stay I have 2 new sets of cool playing cards, plus a new chess and new dominoes set. I also have a new scrabble board game. The Pool is great for laps and is very clean. There is shade, a table plus chairs to lounge and sit in. There is a big stone charcoal bbq by the pool. Brand new fancy Bbq tool kit within a portable metal case is located in the apartment under the bottled water dispenser. Brand new Beach/pool towels are found by the coffee table within the glass end table. Please Keep the nicer ones inside the house, Cans and plastic only in the pool area. There is a trendy brand new LED mirror in the bathroom, with brand new fixtures, cool rustic wood, nice tiles and good brand new recessed lighting. I have a brand new cast iron skillet a quite large pot and pan collection. You will find an awesome wine bottle opener, a fancy ice cream scoop, even a high end garlic press. The place comes with a new small panini maker, new toaster, new microwave, and also a good new salad spinner. I have a first class new high end Ninja blender. I have new imported soft towels and cotton sheets for your comfort. I just got 2 brand new 5 drawer dressers In the apt. One for each bedroom. There are some new light blankets, if you should ever need them. Two new extra pillows are provided, just in case. There is a brand nice new iron and board for your convenience. I have two white noise machine for those who like a deep sleep. The apartment is very secure with a high security/heavy duty deadbolt although the neighborhood is warm, friendly and quite safe. You can walk to 6 restaurants and a mini bodega in 5 minutes from your door. Costambar – one of the earliest touristic residential projects in the DR, is situated on the western outskirts of Puerto Plata. Initiated in the 70’s by Presidential Decree. In this place we have Plenty of amenities in our town like a supermarket with money change, bars, a pizzeria many reasonable restaurants, German, Italian, seafood, Dominican cuisine, gym, massage, golf, a salon, tennis court and a pharmacy. Spend the day walking the beach exploring the town making new friends and drinking from fresh coconuts. This whole place really is a sweet area to ride a bike in if you have one it could be safely locked in the porch area beyond the iron the gate as you first enter the apartment. I have really tried to outfit this place with all you could want and need for an enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing possibly long term stay. Dominicana Republic is known to have excellent whale watching in some parts of the island. Come enjoy the place where it’s summer all year long.
