Stayed Mar 1, 2025Overall it was OK. It was very clean! The kitchen is sparse so if you like to cook, you'll need to buy most things meaning pots/pans/serving dishes etc.. We enjoy network TV and this condo doesn't not have cable or satellite, everything is streamed. Maybe for some that's what they're used to but we watch alot of live sports and we couldn't get most events unless it was being streamed somewhere. It's right in a commercial district so it's not real quiet and there's no place to go for a walk. You need to drive somewhere else to take a walk. plus it can be noisy.

Stayed Dec 22, 2019Owner was friendly and responded quickly. This was a perfect place for my wife and I, and her dog. It is difficult to find a place that is willing to accept a pet and was very happy to find this one. We would stay here again if it is available next time we come to the Sun City area.

Stayed Mar 1, 2019The unit was as advertised, with a new floor, good sized flat screen tv in both the living room and bedroom. The stove, microwave, washer and dryer were good, however the dishwasher left dishes and glasses not fully clean, possibly because of inadequate heating of the water. The living room couch and love seat were good looking, but lacked support, and there were no throw cushions anywhere. There were only 4 sets of plates, few utensils, no blender, mixer, kettle, tea towels, tea pot, or other items to complete a fully stocked kitchen. The pool was adequate, although cleaned irregularly and the water temp either too cold or too warm, probably due to lack of dedicated daily maintenance. Pool rules were ignored by residents for the most part. The outdoor bar b que was dirty and rusty, and we elected not to try to use it, as charcoal was required, and all that entails. We had to store our 2 bikes in the unit, as there is no place on the property otherwise. Overall, the unit is great for a budget minded stay, but not appropriate for any visitors that may be staying over, or entertaining dinner guests.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Comfortable condo right on Bell. Provides for easy access to nearby shopping centers. The neighbors can be a little noisy though. It was very helpful to be able to have our elderly dog and cat with us.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This apartment was clean and well maintained. The surrounding complex is nice with a nice pool. Good general access to the surrounding area. Petri was a nice honest guy that I would definitely rent from again!
