Stayed Jun 23, 2025I’m sad to say this place needs some work. They describe it as recently remodeled but they left the black moldy drywall and a dead critter under the kitchen sink, chiseled broken kitchen tiles around the dishwasher, 3 lights outside of our unit with burned out lightbulbs ( 1 at the front door and 2 in the stair well) and terrible black mold around the ceiling vents. Not to mention blood on the comforter (noticed after a nights sleep) AND major construction at the ocean facing entrance to the resort which meant it was closed to vehicles. At times pedestrians walking to the beach ( and this was the only route to the beach) had to walk thru sludge of unknown substance to get to the beach. When we talked to the person in the office about having contractors make a path for guests to walk to the beach she told us she didn’t work there and that the manager was on vacation in the mountains …NICE….I will say our Host tried to address our concerns quickly like (light bulb above door and new bed linens were delivered ) they offered to clean the mold but we declined due to disturbing that kind of mold would have made the breathing situation worse) AND they did offer us a visa GC with a nights stay on it. That was nice but after all the things that went wrong with this unit and the resort, trust me when I say I’d rather pay full price and have a nice healthy place to vacation at.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024I was impressed when I arrived. It was bigger then I expected. I was concerned about the view from the porch because there was no picture online. It's a private porch. The view is of palm trees. The property has lots of trees and is shaded. There are lots of hidden fees! You have to buy a $20 bracelet to be on the property. This includes everyone in your party, including children. You also have to pay $25 for parking. The parking did not frustrate me as much as the $20 bracelets. There are tennis courts and golf but you can't use them because the owner of the condo did not leave rackets or golf clubs in the condo. There are also no board games or anything like that in the condo. There were sand toys and beach chairs on the porch, which was nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and pots and pans. There was no hair dryer nor full length mirror.
