Stayed Oct 6, 2025Great location by the river trail. Cozy room. Just outside of the main area of town meant less foot and motor traffic which was nice. Easy walk to the gondola.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024Great location! The property was as advertised. Great place for the kids and close enough to walk to downtown for any shopping or outings you’re interested in. The property is very conveniently located near the river walk and was great for family walks around the town. The staff was extremely nice, professional, and accommodating. Can’t recommend this place enough. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Stayed Mar 27, 2024Great place and great location. Just a short walk to Lift 7 and a 5-minute walk to the Telluride gondola. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The one-bedroom space was clean and well appointed. It had everything we need for a relaxing stay. The two hot tubs were warm and appeared to be new. There was even a grilling station and a nice space for socializing. We will definitely return to this place when visiting Telluride.

Stayed Feb 2, 2024The location is wonderful for exploring Telluride on foot. It is also right off a lovely river walking path and close to the gondolas. It is very clean and comfortable and our unit had new appliances. The staff is also very welcoming. Looking forward to returning.
