Stayed Jan 1, 2025The property exceeded our best expectations. Owners made sure of our comfort and convenience including suggestions for tours, restaurants and activities. Neighbors, both residents and visitors, were friendly and helpful. The location was central to almost everywhere we wanted to go. Overall, the best vacation rental we have experieenced in our years of travel.

Stayed Feb 1, 2024the property is in a quiet location and within walking distance of old Scottsdale where you can find crafts, souvenirs arts and gifts. There are so many things to see and do all around Scottsdale. There are jeep tours in Sedona, a visit to Antilope Canyon in Page, a visit to a western village in Tombstone and a ride in a hot air balloon in Phoenix. Also we visited Scottsdale Aquarium and had a close encounter with real penguins, we also toured the Botanical garden and saw all kinds of desertic plants. When you just want to relax and enjoy you have access to a heated swimming pool and a hot tub. For those that want to maintain in good physical form while vacationing you have access to a small gymnasium with everything you need. All in all we had a wonderful stay in Scottsdale and its was a wonderful experience.

Stayed Jan 17, 2020We loved our stay in this condo. Everything was as described. We enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the pool as well as our time at the pool. The owner was very thorough in providing information on the condo as well as things to see and do in the area. We will gladly book here again and recommend to others.

Stayed May 20, 2018This is a great Location near Hayden Dr and Indian School Rd. We spent many days relaxing at the pool then taking the trolley into Old Town for the evening - it was paradise! We enjoyed most mornings having our coffee on our balcony overlooking the pool and courtyard while watching the humming birds. We did several 1-2 day trips, including a drive to Monument Valley one weekend. The views there were stunning, but we were glad to be back at the condo (our home base)! We highly recommend a stay here - Derek was very helpful and easy to talk to. MJT

Stayed Jan 11, 2018We were in a bind when airbnb's host canceled on us the night before arrival. They were not helpful. I found Deric's condo on VRBO. Deric went out of his way for us. We spent 1 month in paradise. The condo is decorated in southwest theme which we loved. It had all the conveniences. Great location not far from Old Scottsdale. Loved the pool & hot tub. Sitting on the patio in the morning was a daily highlight for us. You d see hummingbirds, hear the calls of the other birds as I sipped my coffee. The people from the condo were friendly. In addition, my hubby is very organized but Deric is super organized. All the information you need for a great stay is clear . Again, thanks Deric for your help & the use of your condo. Stayed Dec 31, 1969wife and I stayed 2 months ,Jan and Feb .The unit was as described,no let downs.Tastefully decorated, clean and extremely Quiet! The welcome basket was a nice touch also.Parking very close to unit, very easy stairs. The grounds around the pool area were very nice. The best thing of all to us was the patio faces south and by 8:30 am the sun comes around and warms the patio till 5 at nite. The pool is 85 every day and the hot tub 104.Most people work there, so the pool is almost empty and quiet, weight room is clean and functional and both very close ,as are mail boxes ,to condo.Unit is located very close to downtown Scottsdale and Old Scottsdale, library, civic center, per.arts, baseball diamonds, golf, bike paths, bars, restaurants ,gas stations, malls, movies ,casinos ,air port, etc.Owners are very easy to deal with.We have read other positive reviews and agree with them as well on this unit.Last year we stayed at a Dell Web community on the far west side of Phoenix, this unit is much more convenient due to its fabulous location to all things in the valley.Would recommend this place to anybody looking to escape the winter

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My husband & I spent 2 wks. @ this relaxing condo, overlooking the pool & spa & well-manicured grounds. Great place for walking around the neighborhood, & close to Old Town Scottsdale (1 mile) where you can shop @ specialty shops, Farmers' Market (Saturdays), & dine @ a choice of restaurants, then take the complimentary trolley ride back to the condo for a swim or sit on the double swing, on the private balcony & watch the stars. The professionally-decorated spacious interior provided us with lots of great sleeps in the King bed with a Stearns & Foster mattress, no less. And we enjoyed some quiet moments relaxing in the double Lazy-Boy loveseat watching the big screen, or taking a nap on the sofa. We enjoyed fine dining @ the Salt Cellar(15 min. away), a 90 min. tour of Frank Lloyd Wright's winter home(about 25 min. away) & a day driving the Apache Trail, which included switchbacks, seeing old mining towns, & visiting Roosevelt Dam. At the end of the trail we came upon Canyon Lake, & took a 90 min. cruise on a paddle-wheeler amongst breath-taking in-your-face mountains with glimpses of mountain goats, bald eagles & longhorn sheep. Drove back to a restaurant we had passed a mile or so back, called Tortilla Flats, for an excellent Mexican dinner. We arrived back to Phoenix in time to watch just an amazing sunset! We plan to go back this fall, & would recommend staying here - the owners were so helpful in suggesting what we might enjoy, & the unit was very clean, with brand new furnishings & had everything we had expected, & more!
