1 Bedroom Condo, Private Patio with Bbq Grill Steps from Bay

Everything was great! Perfect for me and two kids. We had a blast. Easy to get to. Lots of places to walk to. We had a blast!

Great affordable space just a few houses away from the beach!

Overall it was just right for our week long stay. And secure for toddlers. Located over the garages so no need to worry about stomping children waking neighbors! There were a few things that could use a bit of attention. The blinds over the windows have seen better days for sure, and really light, so when the sun is up you know. We also didn't know that the washer and dryer are in the unit. There is a door that seems to be locked (later found out you have to really pull on it to open) and we were told that there is a shared laundry. After walking around the building a few times not finding anything we hit a landrymat... A sign would be a huge benefit for anyone else. One big thing was there are no beach towels so bring your own.. kinda odd in a beach town. The patio is great, but would greatly benefit with an umbrella for the table. There is a spot for one, and the Cali sun heats up in the afternoon.. so lunch on the patio isn't possible without shade... but everything else was there. The unit is a lil tricky to find, but offers privacy. You are a house away from Mission blvd so there is some noise on a bustling day, but you do get a sneak peek at the ocean from the deck.. The garage is quite small, but had some toys, a couple chairs and beach umbrella. We spent most of our time at the beach anyway. Overall a great place. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Close to beach and bay

Always enjoy staying in Mission Beach; I recommend this cute little place to anyone who likes to relax by the water! My only complaint is that the stairwell is extremely dark, and I fell down the last two steps when departing; I couldn't see due to no lighting!

This place was perfect. We stayed as a family with two adults and two kids and the size was just right. The kitchen was nice to cook food and the patio with the grill was a bonus. Was close to everything as we did not need to drive very much during the week we were there. The place was very clean and the views were outstanding. Only negative with this place is the blinds were outdated and old. They definitely need to be replaced. The garage was small and we had a mid size SUV that barely fit and we made it work. The process for checking in and out was very easy. I highly recommend this place for a beach getaway.

I would give this place a 98% rating! Everything was great. Right of Mission Blvd right next to the each. A garage that was able to keep my car locked away as we used beach cruisers to get around. Only things to change is the cleaning process. The fans had some dust on them that fell when turned on, and the window blinds needed some attention. I will be back here next summer for two weeks, that is a guarantee.

We enjoyed our stay at Manhattan Shores 1A and would definitely come back. We loved how everything was new and remodeled and really enjoyed the private patio. The beach was only 2 houses away. We loved the location and would definitely come back.
