Stayed Mar 28, 2024We had a great time at this resort. There are plenty of pools, beaches and restaurants to choose from. The suite was very spacious and the staff was friendly. It’s a great place to disconnect.

Stayed Feb 21, 2023We were bumped from our original place which we had booked months in advance. The place we were moved to was nice but very noisy at night. The food was not very good. We both got sick the second day in. But once we watched what we ate it was a very nice vacation.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969For a couple who was on their first international travel together, this was a great way to kick it off. As soon as we arrived at the resort we were blown away by the caliber and size of the property, and by the time we received our suite keys, we officially knew we had died and gone to heaven! The large master suite was laid out perfectly, and included one of my favorite amenities- a large jetted jacuzzi tub that was definitely made for two. Two sprawling verandas made for a romantic feel and island elegance I had never experienced before; down to the lovely hammock and view that made for a beautiful morning and an equally gorgeous evening. With the addition of the full kitchen, that was stocked and tended to each day by the EXTREMELY accommodating staff , full formal dining area, livingroomentertaining area, and second FULL guest bathroom- you literally wouldn't want to leave the suite! Except for the fact that you're in one of the most high-end feeling resorts of the Caribbean, so you have to get out and take advantage of ALL the perks that come along with being a Gold VIP Shareholder's Guest. We were treated extremely well, accommodated with professionalism, respect, and amazing consistent service. The all-inclusive of this property surpassed any we had ever experienced BY FAR, and the amount of amenities and services at our disposal made it so I was worried I would never want to leave. I had never been a 'resort' person in the past, but having the chance to feel pampered, elite, surrounded by highly experienced and hardworking staff who care for every detail, this VRBO rental should really be changed to Lap-Of-Luxury Package because 'Presidental' does not do it justice. Between how wonderful Cynthia and her fellow booking staff was with preparing and organizing our trip, and what were arrived to and experienced, I would literally only book trips with her from now on- she did not disappoint. We have both experienced a lot of privileges in life, but my boyfriend I both agreed we had never seen this level of sophistication plus island getaway atmosphere before. A trip of a lifetime, and a level of stay and accommodation I would repeat again in a heartbeat. Can't wait to plan our next VRBO with Great Beach and Homeaway- they really made for a exceptional start with an equally exceptional finish! Couldn't be happier with our stay and experience- Thank you
