1 Bedroom, 1 Bath Gulf Front Condo t Regency Towers 603 East!

This was the best VRBO we have stayed in by far! The washer and dryer and kitchen was a game changer with kids! Definitely would love to come back

Location Location Location!! Private, quiet yet 2 miles from the hustle and bustle. Spectacular views of the Emerald Coast from the large balcony. Wall to wall views of the Gulf as soon as you enter the door. There are 3 sliding glass doors so you can feel the gulf breeze. Condo is spacious and the bathroom sink and vanity are separate from the shower and toilet area which offers that added touch in a 1 bathroom rental with multiple occupants. Condo was immaculate and has everything you need for your stay. You’ll even find beach chairs and floats in the storage closet on the balcony. The Local is located directly across the street from the condo parking lot. You can get groceries, fresh deli and breakfast sandwiches and there’s a liquor store. You can find grocery carts in the condo lobby for your convenience. Parking for 2 cars is included. Seamless check-in and checkout.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Being right on the beach was a huge plus—we loved waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping out onto the sand. The location was perfect for watching the Blue Angels. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

It had options for us to eat at the dining table or on the balcony where we could see the ocean. The giant floor to ceiling windows were really nice to have during the day. We utilized the washer and dryer in the unit and that was really key for us with our two small kids. Our kids loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. My daughter, 5, kept telling us how much she loved our vacation home and how beautiful it was. Ha! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The location and views couldn’t get better. We loved that we were right on the beach and didn’t have to cross a road at all. We watched the sunrise almost every morning right from the balcony. We would definitely consider staying there again!My only complaints: 1) the door to enter the condo is broken and we had a heck of a time getting in and out, 2) wished the pool was heated & 3) check in/out was kind of a cluster with only having an hour of the main office open for check in (although going to the sister office after hours wasn’t a huge deal) and not clear dropbox instructions for check out (which location).
