1 bedroom 1 bath entire condominium 5 minutes to spring training

Just what we needed for a stay.

Super easy check in/check out process. Friendly neighbors. Rental was very clean, comfortable and convenient. I went in the pool and hot tub one evening, and they were great. Definitely would recommend this rental.

It was a nice place for a reasonable price. Would suggest linens and pillows for the cot and couch.

Everything was fine. A couple of minor issues the host resolved quickly

Apartment is as described. When I stayed it was very quiet and comfortable. Having shampoo, conditioner and body wash was a nice touch, and much appreciated. This place accommodated my needs perfectly.

The host was VERY responsive to all of my messages. I was in town for my son’s wedding and this proved to be the perfect place. I was alone for the first couple of days until my sister joined me and I felt safe. The area was very quiet as well. The home was very clean and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable as well.

It was clean and easy to fall asleep.

This property was clean and in a good location near restaurants & shopping for us. The property manager responded quickly to questions. I gave a gave 3 out of 5 stars because the bath towels were old & thin, some of the kitchen and bathroom lights were burned out, the batteries in the TV remote were dead and the pots and pans were very scratched making them not safe to use.

Very nice Vrbo, had a hard time turning shower on and adjusting the temperature of the water.

Was perfect for what I needed for the week.

Small condo but worked out good.

I was a little disappointed in the location, but it really wasn't that far from restaurants and shopping. It is a large complex and figuring things out at night can be challenging. Clean . The property manager was very patient with me!

Had a great time in surprise, the kitchen was much smaller than I expected not much room for prepping meals. Nice decor, pool, and comfy king bed.

This is our second year in a row to stay here. We love how quiet it is! The access to all things Rangers training camp and our favorite hikes, makes it the ideal home base for spring break!

The condo was a great size for my family of three. It had all the amenities we needed, and was in a great location. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed staying at this condo. Cozy, comfortable. A lot of the pleasures of home. I would highly recommend. Hubby and I will use again in the future. Not far from the baseball fields. A lot of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Overall the property was as advertised. A few things were differentvthan pictured. The owner was very eesponsive. We had almost everything that we needed but we did end up puchasing a couple of items.

In town for a wedding. Veronica’s place was convenient in terms of nearness to venue. We did have a little trouble finding the exact place. But, part of that was my fault for not reading Veronica’s description carefully enough. Comfy bed. Great shower. What else could a person need?!

This was a great place for my stay in Surprise. I was there for a tennis event. The condo was a 10 minute ride to the tennis center and is very convenient to many restaurants and stores. Kitchen is small but well equipped.

The inside was very nice. It was cutely decorated. Nice signs for lights, wifi, etc. Very nice laundry facilities. Good location.

The location was convenient, close to stores. It was a nice place. The only things that I would say are concerns are that the couches were very hard, and toilet wobbles. Otherwise, I would stay again.

Property where unit was located lacked maintenance. One unit had obviously had a fire. Garbage to one of the dumpster areas was strewn about the parking lot. Pool looked good. Unit itself was nice - good mattress/bed - but lacked kitchen items. Needed more silverware - only had 2 spoons! Also needed more coffee mugs and better cups to drink from. Cute decor, but living area needs a lamp (pole lamp in the corner). Also needs new bath towels and wash cloths.
