Stayed Apr 9, 2017We enjoyed our stay. The written guidance could use some updating. It stated that no one would be coming in to clean during our stay, but there was daily evidence that someone had been in to exchange linens. We were also instructed to turn our key in at the office, but there was no one there to take it at 6 a.m. when we left.

Stayed Feb 19, 2017I attended a conference in Orlando & picked this condo for its location & amenities. The condo itself was very nice but that is basically all you get for the room rate. There is no Internet access unless you want to pay an additional fee. If you need clean towels, you have wash your towels or pay an additional fee. The resort really caters to families and older retirees. The pool photos are a bit deceiving. When I checked in, I was handed over to a salesperson who wanted to invite me to 'a free breakfast' but then decided against the offer because my husband wasn't with me (she didn't ask if I was with my wife). Overall, this place is fine if all you want is a nice condo in a large, busy resort.
