Everything was as described—no surprises. It’s a remote area, but you’ll have the beach to yourself. A 4WD is a must, especially when it’s raining, as the roads in Providenciales flood easily.

Lisa was very attentive and offered good suggestions on places to eat and things to do. We had an outstanding visit!

Clean property with the necessities needed for an enjoyable stay. No complaints. However, women beware, there is no full length mirror so be prepared to pose in the bathroom

From the moment we arrived we knew this was a great pick. Claire was super responsive and assisted us in getting settled as well as finding rental car and great restaurant info. The rooms were spacious and clean. Each room has an en-suite bathroom which is very helpful when getting ready. The area is remote and quiet. Great pace to unwind and disconnect poolside. The beach is at your footsteps and amazing long beautiful. The on site restaurant was available daily from 12-7. The BEST pina coladas ever!Great food also. We stayed on site one day and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves just going from the pool to the restaurant to the beach and repeat. The hot tub at night is a must. You will need to pick up your groceries etc. before getting to the condo but once you are there- no reason to leave. Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed three weeks in February and had a wonderful, relaxing time in this clean, comfortable, and well-appointed unit. The complex is on the northwest tip of the island, which is quite remote and quiet compared to other locations we've visited in Providenciales. The apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bedroom was cool and the bed was comfortable. The complex is right on the beach, which has plenty of beach chairs and shade structures. We saw little sea turtles swimming along the shore every day of our stay. You can walk about a mile up the beach through a nature preserve. Really gorgeous and peaceful. If you are looking for a relaxing, restorative break from real life, we highly recommend this property!

We only needed a place for one night and this condo was great. Private quiet location off the beaten path. The pool was beautiful. The restaurant on location had great food and service. Property manager was easy to contact and communicate with. Condo was clean and welcoming.

The condo looks as advertised and was comfortable and clean. The host is excellent. She was very communicative and helpful. The property is a bit isolated, so you will need a car, but the end of the island is beautiful and peaceful.

My husband and I found this listing and thought it would be perfect for our honeymoon. The seclusion was perfect. The property is beautiful. It was far away from everything yet close enough for us to get there when we wanted. Pick up some groceries and you can fend for yourself on the property. Having access 24/7 to the pool and hot tub were definitely a plus. The people were super friendly and we had some great times together by the pool. The restaurant was open everyday except Monday. Jeanette is an excellent cook and bartender. The issue we had was in the condo. Every time my husband and I went inside, I would experience issues with my asthma. On our second to last day, my husband decided to investigate and discovered a slew of pet hair behind the sofa. Upon further investigation, we were able to find pet hair on the table in the living room. The issue that we have is that upon the departure of an occupant, a thorough cleaning should be completed for a new occupant. That is just the due diligence of a property owner and/or manager. While an occupant clearly violated the terms of their stay by bringing a pet, the condo should nonetheless be cleaned of anything from the previous occupant. The bedding was also not to standard. We had a Queen bed with King sheets on it and the pillows should be replaced. They are quite dingy. This was brought to Lisa's attention and she was extremely apologetic and even offered to move us to another unit, but we were leaving the next morning.

We stayed for 3 nights of our 7 night trip. I’m glad we only did 3 nights, it is about 25 minutes from the shops and restaurants at grace bay. The host was super nice and communicative. The property and pool was very nice but during our stay there was a lot of mosquitos to the point of not being able to stay outside past 4:30pm (not the condos fault but something to know before you go). It’s a much less expensive option than grace bay but you get what you pay for.

Place was nice. Just beware that it is very remote. We had to drive on a dirt road for quite some distance. Most nice restaurants were at least 30 minutes away. Resort restaurant wasn’t open which was disappointing. No adult PDF for the kayaks.
